I just called to request some information about getting my glasses. Whoever picked up the phone on 12/11 around 5:45 pm was extremely short with me and extremely rude. You just lost a customer.... I'm sure you don't care. Absolutely zero respect or customer service skills. Please find another job or retire. You're so lazy you didn't even take the time to look up my insurance.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at: Walmart Vision located in North Brunswick, NJ. Robin has been there a very long time, she is kind & patient and has informative knowledge along with years of experience! Hector is so pleasant and helpful, he has adjusted my glasses several times and is a Pro at his craft! The pricing is very reasonable. I've been getting my prescriptions filled there and also glasses for over 20 yrs and I never had an issue. I commend the staff: Robin, Hector & Lenny are by far the BEST around! Look no further... 5 Star Service for sure!!!

Been my go to for years 25+. I was just there, my safety glasses broke and I figured that I would have to order new. The person who took care of me found a pair in the store swapped out my lenses and I was out the door quickly. Great service. They really took good care of me. I would always recommend them.

Very friendly staff. One of the senior associates, has a good knowledge and helps to find better deal with or without insurance. They also have good collection with respect to what insurance covers. So, mostly you end up in paying very little after the coverage.
The lady eye doctor is also very nice and friendly. She knows her job well and discusses in depth with the patients

The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing!!!! I came in to get new glasses and new prescription after I accidentally broke my glasses that day. They were able to get me in for an eye exam fairly quickly and even found for me a temporary pair of frames for my lenses while I wait for the new glasses that I ordered. I would highly recommend coming here. Despite the fact that they were busy the staff was friendly and got to me as quickly as possible.

I went to get my glasses fixed, one of my lenses fell out and I simply asked for them to screw a new one in for me. The Spanish (could be African American) woman there told me that my glasses were broken and that there was nothing she could do. However my glasses weren't broken and she demanded that I needed to buy new frames. So you know what I did, I left!! I went to Walgreens and found an eye glass repair kit and fixed my glasses myself. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there.
