Dr. Viggario has created a new standard of care and expectation for me as a patient. She, by far, has been the most attentive, concerned and consistent practitioner I have had the pleasure of working with. I can not speak more highly of her whether it is a standard eye exam or a more specificied issue, she gives you her undivided attention and thoroughly investigates any concerns you may have. The only draw back is the wait times in office, plan to wait 20-30 minutes for your appointment times, but, it is worth it. She is an A-plus practitioner that I can not more highly recommend!

I absolutely luv this Dr! She's so personable and professional. I was a little nervous because I am diabetic and hadn't been to an optometrist in years, however, she explained everything and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be seeing her (pun intended) for all of my eye care needs!

Dr. Vigario is an AMAZING doctor! I loved going to her, she really does a full detailed check on your eyes. The wait times are kind of long but I guess it's worth it for the service. Sadly they don't work with my insurance provider anymore so I have to look for a new eye doctor.

The doctor is a jewel, but her staff not so much. My mother went there at 9:45am and was supposed to have a prescription sent to the pharmacy. My daughter went to pick it up and it was never sent. I called the office and was on hold longer than I thought I should be, when someone picked up, I was greeted with attitude as if I did something wrong. Wait! I was on hold not you! I felt like I was bothering him. This guy does not need to be on the phone, I did not get his name, but he had a thick accent and was not so nice. Your staff can make or break you, remember that we have choices of where we want to go. The doctor needs to know that the person that answered the phone needs to be nicer. Customer service is everything!

Besides being thorough, Dr. Vigario has a wonderful bedside manner. She takes her time to explain everything that is happening with your eyes. Highly recommended.

Dr Vigario is very thorough, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust my eye care to anyone else.
