Dr. B and her team are absolutely amazing. They are professional efficient and genuinely friendly. My three adult children and I all see Dr. B and from the moment you walk in you feel cared for and known, they remember us know we are family and always take the time to make sure we are completely happy with our treatment. It is rare to find such an outstanding doctor and a team that truly goes above and beyond. I know we are always in great hands here and could not recommend them more highly.

I had my first visit with Dr. Balacich and honestly, I'm so happy I found her! She was super nice, professional, and really took her time to explain everything. You can tell she's very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. The staff was amazing too--so friendly and helpful. Such a great experience all around!

I had such a great experience here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the doctor is amazing. I came here with my son before and they were just as kind and helpful then, too. They really take the time to make sure everything is right, and my new glasses are perfect. Couldn't ask for a better place, highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr B since my former optometrist retired and couldn't be more satisfied. The office staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. You never feel like a # here. Dr B does a very thorough exam and takes the time to explain the results and any possible issues that might arise. The office has a very welcoming design and a large selection of frames which the entire staff is willing to help to get you frames just right for you, they won't just push more expensive frames but take the time needed to make each patient happy and comfortable. I'm so grateful that I found Navesink Eye and Dr. Balacich. I called with a small emergency, and she was able to see me that morning.
