Amazing dr and team at more eye care! The staff are professional, kind and so accommodating. They put so much care into helping their patients/customers. Location is convenient and they have a great selection of eyewear. I highly recommend more eyecare!

I live in NYC and I've been getting my glasses here for years. It's more than worth the trip and I'll never go anywhere else. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and they have a huge selection with a range of prices (very basic frames to Cartier). The opticians make great recommendations and I love that they will tell you if something isn't the best fit for you. From the customer service to the care they take with adjustments (which are perfect the first time), it's clear their goal is to get you what you want and they'll go above and beyond to make sure it happens.

First and foremost, everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Opticians were experienced and didn't just try to sell expensive glasses but ensure they fit me. Daniel was great with helping me pick out the right frame for my face. I was torn in between two frames and the other optician recommended a cheaper one since it fits me better. He explained to me that the pricier one is bit small for my face, and it would be uncomfortable in a long run. I asked many questions because my previous glasses didn't fit me. So, I wanted a shop with experienced crew. Everyone was very patient, and I visited 3 times before deciding to go with these guys. The eye doctor was very nice and took her time to explain everything and you could tell she really cares. I highly recommend this place and just walk in and talk to people behind the counter. I wasn't committed until my third visit and the visits costed me nothing.

I recently visited this eyewear store to get a new pair of glasses, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. Chung and Daniel were very helpful in assisting me to choose the frames that fit me perfectly, even arranging lens which were not carried by the store. They patiently walked me through the charges and my insurance coverage, which was much appreciated. I was very impressed by their professionalism. Furthermore, after purchasing my glasses, I returned to the store one month later for an adjustment. Chung and Daniel were happy to help me and made sure that the frames were adjusted to fit me comfortably. Overall, I highly recommend this eyewear store to anyone looking for high-quality glasses, exceptional customer service, and a great team that is dedicated to ensuring their customers' satisfaction.

Never imagined I'd be so pleased with an optometry but really enjoy coming here. Dr. Monica is very professional and thorough. And all the people who work there are friendly, very helpful and trustworthy. They are all bilingual in English and Korean. Highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING service!! I've been getting my glasses at the More Eyecare in Ridgefield, NJ since I started wearing glasses, and the workers there are so patient and accommodating. Daniel Lee is the BEST. I've had to get my glasses fixed multiple times, and he is always helpful, patient, and welcoming no matter how long it takes. Wonderful staff, people, and place to get glasses. I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out!!

I am an extremely satisfied customer for over 8 years. Chung and Dan are true professionals providing services of excellence. They always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. My glasses are perfect every time. Before I came to their store, I had many issues being fitted for the progressive lenses. I am so grateful for their services.

I went with my mom today and I honestly don't think I have any complaints. It's nice that they speak both Korean and English since my main language is English and my mom's is Korean, that way we can both understand. The lady who was in charge of the eye exam was also very friendly and nice. And they all seem to know what they're doing. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Three very important traits. I'm glad I went here. Just FYI, if you're new, the eye exam is kinda long, but don't worry. It's for accuracy which is also impressive. It shows that they care. Just be patient :)
