Dr. Frasco is excellent. She is detailed, thorough, and puts forth great effort to provide the highest quality eye care. She is willing to consider multiple different diagnostic possibilities and adjust treatments if something isn't working. She listens to concerns and updates; her years of experience help guide the great care she provides. Thank you to Dr. Frasco for her diligence and also the staff is always pleasant.

Dr. Saunders is amazing -- I've been seeing him since his time at Valley and have always appreciated his care and professionalism. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this office was very disappointing. I paid a $60 copay at the visit, which was expected. But when I arrived, I was told I had to pay an additional $75 for a contact lens prescription, even though my insurance confirmed it should be covered. I was told they don't bill insurance for that service, but this was never mentioned in advance -- and at that point, I had little choice but to pay. Later, I was charged another $60. When the office called to collect payment, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive -- interrupting me repeatedly and saying, "You had a service, it's only fair that you pay for it," when I was just trying to understand the charges. As much as I respect Dr. Saunders, I can't continue to deal with this level of rudeness and lack of communication from the front office. It's unfortunate, but I won't be returning.

If I could give more than five stars I would... When I made the decision to have corrective eye surgery, I didn't think twice about where to go. I made an appointment, packed my bag, and in June I made the 750 mile trip back home to NJ for the surgery. I could have had the surgery closer to where I live now but I've been seeing Dr. Liva for years and I know I've been getting the best quality of care. Vision is a precious thing and there is no other doctor I would entrust with my eyesight. My eyesight before the surgery was pretty bad, -6.75, and I knew that if he didn't think my eyesight would be what I wanted at the end, he wouldn't do the surgery. He's a perfectionist with his work, a quality you want in a doctor. The process was smooth and Dr. Liva explained everything to me beforehand so I knew what to expect. Amanda and the girls were absolutely fantastic during my surgery and throughout my week of follow-ups. I just had a follow-up appointment, almost two months post-op, and my vision is 20/20 in one eye and 20/15 in the other. I've had absolutely no issues with glare or halos at night. I could not have asked for better results or a better experience. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Liva and his staff for giving me the gift of sight.

I've been visiting Dr. Frasco and Dr. Liva since 1994. I recommend them to everyone. Both docs are fantastic clinicians and truly kind people. I trust them completely. They make true connections with their patients. Office staff are warm and efficient. Equipment is all modern.

I recently had my LASIK surgery performed by Dr. Saunders, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From my very first consultation, Dr. Saunders and the entire staff made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Saunders is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how small, which greatly eased my nerves. The day of the surgery was smooth sailing, thanks to the professional and caring demeanor of everyone involved. Dr. Saunders's precision and expertise were evident, making the procedure quick and painless. The difference in my vision was immediate, and the recovery was much easier than anticipated, with Dr. Saunders and his team providing excellent post-op care and support. I now enjoy perfect vision without the hassle of glasses or contacts, and it's all thanks to Dr. Saunders. This experience has truly been life-changing. If you're considering LASIK, I cannot recommend Dr. Saunders enough. Thank you for the gift of clear vision!

Dr. Liva is an incredible eye doctor! He performed PRK laser eye surgery on me in August of 2016. He took his time determining which (if any) type of laser eye surgery was most appropriate for me and thoroughly explained everything about the surgery, the prep and post-care. It's been four years and his office still checks in on me (even when I moved to California). You can tell he really cares about his patients and takes a lot of pride in his work. My whole family goes to Dr. Liva now even though they live 40 minutes away and have tons of other eye doctors they could choose from. I can't recommend Dr. Liva and his team highly enough! The front office is awesome, too. Super friendly staff. I've made an appt to come see Dr. Liva soon and was made clear of all the Covid precautions they're taking and rules to be followed etc. which makes me feel good that they've obviously been taking the virus seriously.

I was having re-occurring issues from cataract/retinal surgery a few years earlier and MANY people I trusted were recommending that I go to Dr Liva rather than the previous surgeon. BOY AM I GLAD I DID! As a practicing attorney for over 30 years, my experience has been that other doctors are somewhat reluctant to let you know when another doctor does substandard work. Not Dr Liva! He told it to me straight, corrected the previous doctors mistake and I have been issue free for a few years now. I see him once a year as a followup and have the utmost confidence in his work. I would not refer my family and friends to any one else.

Hands down the best eye doctor I've been to in 20 years. I went for PRK surgery and Dr. Liva ran through many different tests on me before deciding it was OK. The surgery was quick and painless. Plenty of follow ups after to be sure of no infection or discomfort. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for anything from a routine check up to laser eye surgery.
