This place is great from start to end. The office itself is very clean and well kept. Scheduling the appointment was quick and I was able to be seen within the next week. Come the day of my appointment I was taken back pretty much right away. It was my first time trying contact lenses. Dr. Shah was very patient and she was able to explain things in a way that's easy for anyone to understand. I was initially hesitant about touching my eye or trying to grab the lens. However after some reassurance I felt confident enough to take them in and out at home. Thanks again for helping me see!

When I was searching for an eye doctor near me this place popped up in my search. I called and loved the professionalism of the receptionist Dani. She was amazing and we decided to give it a try. Met with Gina, another amazing person. She was also very cheerful and professional. She did all the preliminary eye checkup and then we met Dr. Nisha Shah. Dr. Shah took her time in explaining about the process and did an amazing job in testing my eyes Just received my glasses and very pleased with the outcome. If you are looking for an eye doctor, I highly recommend Bright Vision and Dr. Nisha Shah. You won't be disappointed.

Receptionist had a bad attitude. Service was terrible. I first went to Bright Vision for my very 1st visit back in April and the receptionist was a very sweet woman who even offered a cool beverage. I initially went in for an Eye exam and contacts exam. The doctor was also very nice. Fast forward to last week. Went in and the receptionist who was a male this time was completely rude. Didn't even greet us and had a bad attitude. Went in to get a new pair of glasses and order contacts. The receptionist was not helpful and didn't even guide us and show us in detail or assist throughout the whole process. Didn't even fit me for the frames. His attitude was very standoffish and just overall bad vibes. Bright Vision needs to do better in that department. I would recommend better training. I honestly wouldn't go back but unfortunately I have to pick up my glasses & contacts that I ordered with them. Not a good look....

Appointment went very well, did not take long. Everyone BV was helpful and helpful. I have gotten contacts and glasses here and have been very satisfied each time.

Dr. Nisha Shah and the team at Bright Vision provide a different level of expertise and comfort when if comes to eye care. I haven't found anyone in the eye industry in this area that cares as much as they do. Super clean and modern office! Will be recommending them to all patients and friends!

Dr. Shah is absolutely fantastic. Office hours are perfect for the working person. Glasses come in very quickly!
