I had the pleasure of meeting James Milite,MD Chief Ophtlamic Plastic surgeon, who took care of me with great Seriousness and professionalism! Dr Milite Put me at easy by Explaining the procedure I was having in detail. From beginning to end, both the nursing stuff who took care of me and Dr Milite took the time to answer my questions and ensured that I was comfortable and understood what was going on every step of the way. Dr Milite and is staff were truly of a unique professionalism and kindness, The operation went very well and I am very happy with that results. I am so grateful to the Doctor and his wonderful staff for the great work! I recommended him 100%.

I had an excellent experience at this eye clinic today. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. Jessica at the front desk was kind and helpful, and the medical assistants, Veronica and Ana, were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Dr. Kimberley Ovittore-Kennedy, OD, was outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain the exam, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated that there was no pressure at all when choosing lenses. I was given time to decide, clear explanations, and flexible payment plan options. The entire environment felt warm, respectful, and patient-centered. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service. 10/10

This place reminds me of the old "Medicaid Mill" operations back in the day. Patients are constantly being moved from one waiting room to another. While their staff provide great customer service and the clinicians may be very skilled, their office management is poor. Seems like they overbook appointments, which translate into 2+hours of wait time. Be prepared!

This was our first appointment with Dr Wisotsky. He was thorough and explained everything in detail, we were very appreciative of how patient he was with my son Charles. The office runs on time which is also something that is appreciated. Very pleasant office personnel.

This is a very efficient office with well trained staff. Had my cataracts done by Dr. Grayson with excellent results. I have been wearing glasses since ii was 10 and finally at 55 can see clearly without glasses. Highly recommended getting the laser and the lens option especially if you are "younger"!! Dr. Ovittore was my pre surgery and post surgery physician and was vey efficient and answered all my questions. The staff moves like a well oiled machine and are very good at what they do. Highly recommended this practice for all your eye needs.

Staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. made patient(s) at ease. Patient admitted in room on time. Doctor also put patient at ease & I especially liked how he explained questions asked of him.

on 02/28/26 I had an emergency on my right eye I contact Rochelle Park office Route 17 nj specially The lady on the front desk as always she's very, very helpful and polite. She's the best same thing for the doctors. They were very helpful with my need for my eye. Excellent they are the best.

I sat in the waiting room room for 45 min The OD doctor was great and efficient The other staff who did my vision tests were great as well as receptionist Then I waited another 30 min to see the doctor for a 5 min exam... so too long a wait My time is valuable also.... I was there 2 1/2 hours
