I had a great experience at Eye Care Northwest. Dr. Lee was excellent at walking me through the entire process and making sure I understood what to expect. Dr. Gupta had wonderful bedside manner and explained every step of the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. Jennifer was awesome and made the whole process smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend this team!

Well my first experience was on 1/2/26. My primary suggested that I see an eye dr to determine what was wrong with my eyes. Antibiotic drops were not working. I called that morning and the Sparta office was closed. The staff worked very hard to get me into the Parsippany office that day. Dr. Nguyen took excellent care of me. Two weeks later I did a follow up with Dr. Lee, in Sparta, again excellent care. My most recent appointment was on February 2. While the wait was a little longer, it was worth the wait because Dr. Lee takes her time. I highly recommend this practice. The office staff is also caring and professional. Kudos to this practice for exceptional care!

My exam was extremely thorough and Dr Lee answered all my questions and explained all the options that were available to correct my vision . Elaine, who took care of scheduling and the necessary paperwork was one of the most pleasant person I've ever encountered. My first visit exceeded all expectations.

Dr. Lee then did the final examination of inside my eyes and let me know I have a cataract and gave me the information I need to make an informed decision going forward.
