Been seen here since I was a teenager and it's always been the best experience both front desk and doctors are super helpful, professional, yet warm, and friendly all at the same time - especially the office manager! Super busy office but they truly prioritize their patients. From personal experience, their treatments have never failed me and I have always been informed of treatment plans. I fully trust them and can't recommend them enough.

Lydia is probably one of the reasons why I keep going back! I really appreciate her empathy and honesty, and the energy she brings to the office environment. Overall I've had a pleasant experience as a patient with Morillo Eye Care.

1 star and that's being generous!!!!!! Morillo Eye Associates is hands-down one of the most unprofessional, rude, and dishonest businesses I have ever dealt with. Two years ago, I purchased a pair of glasses here for $500, including insurance. They conveniently never explained that the "insurance" was a one-time warranty, which feels intentionally misleading. About a year later, the glasses broke. When I brought them in, I was told it was a manufacturing defect, and they were replaced for free. Fast forward about six months after receiving the replacement -- the glasses broke again in the exact same way. Clearly the same defective product. Instead of standing behind what they sell, they chose to blame and mistreat the customer. I called the office to address this, but shortly after, my husband and I left the country to go on vacation. When I returned and went into the office, I was treated incredibly rudely. A staff member who was actively helping another customer started interrupting a conversation I was having with one of the eye doctors. She aggressively told me they had called me twice while I was away and that they "didn't care" that I was on vacation or that my phone didn't work overseas. She then said that even though the RayBan representative had agreed to fix my glasses, because I didn't answer the phone at that exact moment, they decided they would no longer help me. Today, the doctor escalated the situation even further. My husband called and politely asked to speak with the doctor. He was condescending, aggressive, dismissive, and openly disrespectful to both me and my husband. Dr. Morillo refused to explain himself, and said he "wasn't going to repeat himself again" and stated he had "already explained it 10 times." For a medical professional, the lack of basic respect was shocking. We were then told by the Dr. if we wanted the glasses fixed we would need to pay $250 for glasses that already broke twice due to the same MANUFACTURING defect. For a practice that charges premium prices, the treatment of patients is absolutely disgraceful. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no basic human decency shown to either me or my husband. This practice takes your money, hides behind fine print, and then treats you like an inconvenience when their product fails. If you expect professionalism, accountability, or even basic human decency, do not come here. Save your money. Save your time. And save yourself the stress. I truly hope no one else has to go through what we did. There are plenty of eye care providers who respect their patients. This is not one of them.

Morillo Eyes Associates is such an amazing place to help you with your vision and glasses. Lidia was a great help with helping me choose my new frames and Dr. Morillo was also very helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Morillo and the entire team. The staff was extremely welcoming, efficient, and kind. My appointment was done in less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an office with exceptional customer service and friendly staff!!!!!!

Great from check-in to check out. Wait time wasn't long and every encounter with all staff members was a pleasant, professional and courteous one. So glad I finally came here. My mom and daughter have been patients for years.

Made an appointment here on Monday, gave them my insurance information to run, said it was a $5 copay. Then when I got there on Wednesday they said my insurance doesn't cover the exam and it would be another $67. They could have told me this over the phone when they ran my insurance or called me back to let me know, instead they tried to get me in there to pay more. So of course I walked out because I don't want a doctor that will resort to such ugly salesman practices.
