I want to recommend this office to anyone who is reading this and looking for a real pro. They are very diligent about working with insurance and they provide a great service. Dr K. Shuster has been my eye doctor for many years now. He is very thorough and will tell you everything you need to know and how to care for your eyes. Very attentive and answers all your questions. His secretary Jacqueline is very knowledgeable and helpful too. Love going to his office.

I stopped by yesterday about 3pm after work. I had a terrible accident while at the elementary school i work at. During their recess outside, a heavy rubber football slammed into the side of my face and my glasses broke in half with one of the lenses popping out. With no spare glasses or contact lenses i was filled with extreme trepidation. I cant work or live without my eyesight. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and completely understood that i needed help and i needed it immediately. They squeezed me into their busy Friday schedule with limited hours. They did not have to do that but they accommodated my sense of urgency. Also, and this is extremely important, the receptionist looked at my insurance and told me what was covered and how much i would need to pay out of pocket. After using my vision insurance, the cost was quite reasonable. Not only did i walk out with my eyesight via the contact lenses they fitted in my eyes, but i was extremely pleased with the reasonable wait time. I spent only about 20-25 minutes with Dr. Schuster and he was very professional and personable. I scheduled a return visit in 3 weeks and they even offered to fit my old glass lenses into a new frame for a fair price IMHO. (<$90). Great location a few blocks from Jackson Ave. in Ventnor City. I would highly recommend this optometrist to anybody in the county. It's easy to get to from just about anywhere within 20 miles. Again, thank you do much for fixing me up. Finally, i need to say they made ordering contact lenses a breeze after getting an updated prescription/eye exam. Only takes about 5 business days or 1 full week (7days) to retrieve your 3,6,9, or 12 month supply of boxes. Sincerely, Michael G.

A poor experience all around Difficult to book an appointment Did not get an appointment reminder And received a phonecall 5 minutes prior to the appointment saying they could not see me because my chart showed I had made an appointment with another doctor which I had not I am a clinic receptionist myself So the whole I set up your chart five minutes prior to your appointment Is false Will not be returning As someone who commutes My time was not taken into consideration Therefor I doubt I am the only patient who has experienced this But I will actually say something about it

Just called them to get replacement eye glasses after calling my insurance company and woman said that they don't do that for my insurance said I can go there for the previous eyeglass place sold me a cheap pair of frames for$13.80 witch broke so she got rude and hung up on me,I think she should learn manners and just read other previews are the same rude communication with previous customers.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and find his office one of the best.

The receptionist was so sweet and helpful!
