I've been coming to this eye doctor's office for years and I can honestly say the experience is consistently outstanding. They truly care about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. What I appreciate most is how respectful they are of my time. Appointments always run on schedule, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. It's rare to find an office that is both timely and compassionate, but they manage it perfectly. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff on the phone when scheduling (new patient). Arrived 15 mins early for paper work, greeted upon entry, unable to finish paper work as we were called back within 10 mins of arrival. Each step of the process was pleasant, thoroughly explained and welcomed questions without feeling rushed. Quality custom service.

Absolutely love the eye Doctors and staff. BUT on the other hand I HATE the optical department. Making an appointment to pick up glasses is an inconvenience and they act like you're a burden for making them work to purchase glasses. The extra 10mins the optical department has to work when someone picks up glasses has to be so hard on them. Meanwhile I see the other staff constantly working and moving to keep the appointments on track.

Paid a lot of money for eye glasses. After returning there more than 5 times to get fixed, asked to get different ones. I had to pay more money to get them. When I switched them out I requested to keep the original ones that I paid for. They refused. I totally believe that they wanted to keep them to resell again. What else would they be so adamant about not allowing me to keep what I paid for. That really rubbed me the wrong way. Will never buy eye glasses again from them

GREAT PLACE!! Never any problem. Always clean and staff is friendly. Dr. D'Orio is great with the kids and make them feel comfortable. All orders get done and ready as promised. Great customer service. Thank you!

everyone there was just so patient and helpful, first time in a long time since I had my eyes examined. I picked glasses and all the bells and whistles, the cost wowed me but they're worth it
