Dr. Pernelli and staff were very professional and compassionate. I went there with my father for his last visit as he was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. Dr. Pernelli was very positive and sincere during the entire exam and offered caring words of comfort. The office even reached out after my father passed with a card sending their condolences. This doctor and staff are truly a class act and care for their patients dearly. I highly recommend and appreciate them.

I went to Dr. Pernelli for dry eyes and paid $300 CASH and he did the pulsed light treatment. It was WORTHLESS. It did absolutely nothing. He also sold me an expensive cream that he said I had to use too that was no different than a $3 cream you'd get at the drug store. The next day I had the same problems. BEWARE: THIS IS SNAKE OIL. I called and requested a refund and the receptionist was rude and told me that I had to go 4 TIMES in order to get results. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS IN ADVANCE. WHO HAS THE MONEY TO PAY $1200 CASH? This place does not care if they take your money with ZERO RESULTS and they DID NOT TELL ME IN ADVANCE THAT I HAD TO GO FOUR TIMES FOR $300 APIECE. THEN she told me that even when you do the procedure FOUR TIMES it doesn't last. SNAKE OIL! SAVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!

Do not go to this doctor. He is money hungry. They are very spiteful. I had an eye infection. Tried to get in. They said I haven't been there in over 11 years. I said ok well I need to come in. They said I can never come there now because they sent me a letter in 2014. What kind of doctor does that?
