Dr. Christopher R. Bruno, MD

The staff was absolutely amazing! They made sure I understood everything that was going on and answered all my questions. I was told things my previous eye doctor didn't. Dr. Bruno is an excellent ophthamologist!

I was a patient for years, since early December I have been trying to make an appointment and every time I call I'm put on hold and wind up hanging up GOT TIRED PUTTING ON HOLD WITH NO NO APPOINTMENT. Finding another doctor!

Dr Bruno is amazing. He did my husband's cataract surgery. He is very down to earth and at the same time very professional. Explains everything in layman language and answers all questions. His staff, starting with the receptionist to the many nurses and technicians are friendly and professional.

I normally don't review doctors, but they had a sign asking for reviews, so here we go. Went to him last year for the first time with no problems. Today, i had a 10:40 appointment and was still sitting there 45 minutes later. No one bothered to let me know how late the doctor was running. I went to the desk and told the girl to just cancel my appointment since I've been waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time and others who came in after me were taken back. She said they go by appointments (yeah, I know, mine was 45 minutes ago) and was sorry. I'll find a new eye doctor. Guess he really doesn't care about other people's time. The really sad thing is that I bet he'll never know what happened.

It took me 2 days to finally complete this review. On this pass Friday mother had an issue with her eye, so I called her eye doctor that did her surgery. I talked with a very nice receptionist that let me know that the doctor was done for the day and she would contact the manager, to have her call in a prescription. Mind you this was at 9 am. So we waited several hours for the call back and while waiting my mother's eye began to look as if it was going to come out of her face, so we decided to go to the office. Once in the office the MOST RUDEST, DISRESPECTFUL, NON CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVING AND NASTY LADY "YES" the Spanish person that works at the desk. I am not trying to be disrespectful but, I don't know her name so that is the only way I can let you know who I am talking about. As I began to explain to her who and what we were there for and my mother showing her the eye issue, she had this very NASTY DISPOSITION and began with an ATTITUDE letting us know that there is nothing they could do, they called the manager and she my be just to busy to call in the prescription right now, this was 12 now. I then asked her will do you think I should take my mother to the ER. She responded by shrugging her shoulder and telling me that there is nothing they could do, like she said they already called the manager. At that point I became very upset and we both had words. I have sat in this office multiple times and witness the horrible customer service she has given to the elderly, middle age and etc.. that comes in for their appointments.I am still wondering why?? Dr. Bruno still has this Unprofessional women working in his office. Besides her all the other staff are NICE, POLITE, CARING people. I don't wish no one to not have a job, but, this person her needs to not work with people at all in ko kind of manner. As the day " One Apple can spoil the Bunch"". She is that Apple!!

I called in the morning needing assistance because there was something wrong with my eye. The woman who helped me over the phone was very thorough and made sure to get all my symptoms. She was able to get me in right away! The staff were very polite and friendly. Dr. Bruno was extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Thank you all very much!!

Dr Bruno himself was very nice and the girl Toni who did my glasses. But the way I was charged was completely horrible. The billing department was not understanding at all of my issue with being charged $275.00 to have my eyes checked and after I explained that I had a separate vision plan they conveniently didnt participate with my plan.. They offered no help to someone who is very Ill but charged me $275.00 for an eye exam and $469.00 for plastic frames. Will never go back because of that horrible billing department..that's a shame considering Dr Bruno is such a nice person.

Both my husband and I have had cataract surgery and general eye care with Dr. Bruno. Both of us had a wonderful experience and great care! The staff members are also incredible!
