Eye Associates of Vineland are amazing! I have struggled & suffered with my vision after a traumatic accident 3.5 years ago. My eyes were getting drastically worse by the day. After not being able to see in sunlight & nightly, I had to stop driving. My Primary Eye Dr sent me to Eye Associates of Vineland . After thorough testing, I was scheduled for cataract surgeries pretty quickly. I had my first procedure yesterday and hours later, I was no longer seeing everything in black & white. The cloudiness resolved and I am now able to see everything in bright colors. I almost cried. I cannot wait to get my other done next week and be on my way to seeing everything in color and being able to drive again mornings & nights. A huge thank you to Dr. Ines , Dr. Stasio , Surgical staff, Nurses and the Front/Back Desks, for their kindness & compassion. If you're looking for exceptional care for your eyes, please look no more. Eye Associates of Vineland is who you need to trust for your Eye Care. Thank you again!!

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Cuttler last week. The team at the Eye Associates surgical center in Vineland was top notch. From the prep to the surgery to the recovery, I knew I was in very good hands! And I was thankful for this. Great Job!!

Worst eye place EVER. Avoid at all costs. They are rude and do not care about their customers. They are so rude that they feel that they can address their patients as Sweety. I am a 54-year-old woman. That is not the appropriate way to address someone.

Grateful for Caitlin (sorry if I spelled that wrong), for working tirelessly to help my daughter get her eye medication. (And for staying with me to assure it all was taken care of!) Thanks for going above and beyond!

I just met with Dr. Williams who really treated me so well!! She was thorough, caring and took the time I needed to help treat me. It was a great eye exam experience from scheduling until checking out! I definitely would recommend this place to others.

I had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Patel did my cataracts and I also opted for the LAL surgery. Every single person that took care of me was kind, warm, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Patel and the staff explained everything to me in detail and despite the fact that LAL requires at least 3 additional visits, I did not mind at all due to the quality of care that was given to me. Now, after years of squinting and stubbornly rejecting glasses, I have clear 20/20 vision. It's amazing! On a side note, my initial consultation was with Dr. Tyson but he was not in my insurance plan. I will say, I was equally impressed by my first meeting with him. I don't think you can go wrong with either of these doctors.

Dr Tyson and Dr. Bonafini are just wonderful! And also almost everyone on staff there is terrific! Including the lady who heads up the billing department who really tried to help me, in vain. However, I had a terrible time with the lady at the front desk who insisted on me paying a $60 copay, WHICH I DID NOT OWE!!! Then, insult upon injury, when I called my insurance company and clarified that I didn't owe that money, I called back and they told me I would not get my replacement check of $60 for 45 to 60 days!!! So I called and spoke to the office manager, who was very rude and dysfunctional as far as I'm concerned. This woman had no concept of Customer service nor basic human compassion. She was totally ruthless and refused to help me in anyway. So because of this terrible encounter with a few people, I have decided never to go back to this business. The lead lady in the billing department was tremendously wonderful and tried everything she could to rectify the situation to get my Check back to me as soon as possible because I needed it for my car payment. However how nice she was, she couldn't speed up the refunding process. This is such terrible customer service, you must be on guard if you go to this place and make sure that they don't charge you for an office visit if you don't have to pay one. Otherwise they won't refund your money for months!!! Shame on this company and the parent company who owns it!! They have Little or no respect for human beings!!

It was so easy to schedule my cataract and F/U appointments. I had an amazing scheduler (Gehana Gupta) who made it sooo easy. Thank you so much !!!
