I had a wonderful experience at Lens Crafters in the Vineland Cumberland Mall!! I received a very thorough eye exam and the staff was friendly and very helpful. This was my first experience with prescription eye glasses and the staff took the time to help me navigate through the process and also help with picking out frames. I would highly recommend this location! I am very happy that I chose to go to Lens Crafters!

The front desk receptionist was great, performed the whole exam. However the doctor was remote. The whole visit was well over an hour. The store manager tried to upsell on lenses, and made a remark about the frames I picked out. That's why my lenses were so expensive. My frames were covered in whole by my insurance. It was an okay experience. I don't think I'd recommend this office.

Manager Raphael was trying to upsell features to a simple pair of glasses. Christina was very professional and knowledgeable. The other workers would talk about customers as they leave, talking about who can afford their glasses and who should go other places for service. I will not be returning here
