Wisda Eye Center

Great physician and technical assistants! Dr. Wisda has been our family opthalmologist since she started her practice. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. The techs assisting her over the years have always been super. One or two of her office assistants was not so great, and eventually were replaced. I've found the same issues at other physician practices, as it must be difficult to hire and retain the best ones. We all drive 35 miles to her office, as we trust her to provide us with the best care.

Uncaring, disinterested doctor. I am a physician (a colleague who practiced in the same town that she did) and I saw her for an eye exam, light sensitivity while driving and new eyeglasses which cost me $400 from her optometrist. I informed her that I had to get my vehicle windows tinted because I was hypersensitive to bright sunlight and glare and requested that she sign a one-page document that would prevent me from being ticketed for tinted windows if I were ever to be stopped by law enforcement for it. She refused, claiming that my visual light/glare sensitivity was "just how some people are" even though it is a diagnosable condition with ICD - 10 codes for visual discomfort/light sensitivity and is one of several reasons the state allows tinted windows for certain eye conditions. No wonder she only has 3.8 out of 5 star rating. Terrible physician, avoid.

I have been going to wisda for at least 20 years now and she's great. So did my mother who was 89. My husband. My daughters. She listens and is very knowledgeable. Don't understand the bad comments.

I always have a pleasant experience at Dr. Wisda's office. I'm always nervous and each person that I interact with throughout my visit alleviates my anxiety. Dr. Wisda is a great, professional doctor and I'm happy to be her patient.

How dare one of your receptionist tell a potential patient that he couldn't get and appointment till October,by the way he has Glaucoma and need drops so his disease doesn't cause more damage. And he asked her what can he do because he's about to run out. She replied i guess go blind. I will go to the highest person of authority to get this unprofessional person dismissed. How could you heartless person say that to someone.
