I booked an appointment through ZocDoc after hearing great things about this doctor, but was later told they're not accepting new patients--despite multiple openings shown online. The receptionist said none of my ZocDoc info transferred over and I'd have to give her everything all over again on the phone. When I agreed to see another doctor, there were no appointments available on my chosen date.
If you're going to offer patients a platform like ZocDoc, staff should be trained to manage them properly. This frustrating experience has led me to look elsewhere for care.
