Kept sending me bill which was paid for. I spoke to billing department and was told they'll follow up. Today I got a call from collection agency. They were much more helpful with the issue... I was told to email them cleared check and it should be resolved shortly. And other reviewer is correct. They bill under different name now; ReFocus eye health

Dr. Pagan and Teresa Regino are a dream team! I have seen Dr. Pagan for years; I trust her and she is very warm and caring. She takes the time needed to fully address the problem. Her Tech assistant Teresa is amazing as well; She is super smart and knows her stuff. She also has a fun, warm and fabulous personality which makes these long visits tolerable!

Wonderful practice- extremely accommodating, highly professional, warm and friendly. From the front desk to the medical professionals, this office is superb. Thank you to Dr. Fleischer and a special note of gratitude to Rosaria, Chris, Nick and staff.

This place is so crazy busy that you feel like a number. I am retired on a fixed income and I was prescribed 2 drugs for my dry eyes which would Have cost me close to $500 a month with insurance. Doctor didn't discuss expense or any other options. I cannot afford the drops and the doctor keeps me coming back for follow-ups with no progress. And they keep charging me even tho I pay right away while I'm there. I never even received a prescription for new glasses, however I know from years of experience they did all the vision tests since I am having trouble seeing. I would NOT recommend this place if you prefer more personalized service or care.

Front desk personnel is so unpleasant and unhelpful. The doctors are OK but the office should outsorce the scheduling to another ervice provider who tolerates their customers better.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! I needed a specialist for my fathers double - vision as I was informed that he needed Prism lenses . Coming from doctors in NYC Columbia Presbyterian, my bar is set quite high with doctors . I was immensely impressed from the quality of time Dr Bianchi devoted to my dad since this was his first visit. Dr. Bianchi patiently listened to my fathers issues , even spent time on the phone with my brother who was more familiar with my dads prior case and proceeded the examination. His lovely assistant technician Eniko was kind , patient, gentle and had a wonderful bed side manner as well which is so important. Dr. Bianchi's professionalism with his technician gives my review 5 Stars all the way

This place sucks! I'd go so far as to say they're scammers! THEY BILL AS REFOCUS EYE CARE. They are no longer called Westwood ophthalmology and they no longer bill as Westwood ophthalmology either. Even if your insurance says Westwood Ophthalmology is in network, they bill under a different name and different Tax ID that could be OON and they won't tell you! Then when speaking with the new billing company they say there's nothing they can do and I have to pay out of network costs. I'll be filing a grievance directly to UHC. I'll also formally submit a report to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission. I'll add a photo of what my insurance currently shows on the website showing the in network status, but just know this is inaccurate information and has yet to be rectified after weeks of telling them their error.

Be aware of scams They ask which MEDICAL ( not Vision) insurance you have, but then they bill you personally, because they are out of network In my case they screwed up and never told me of amount prior to service, which is agains the law to provide patients with surprise bills
