I went in late for my appointment and they were able to take me in, plus another one of my siblings who didn't have an appointment, (gave us a huge discount!!)the people there were such sweet hearts and gave my little brother chips, though they were busy that day they didn't rush the process and made everything exceptional. Im very happy with my experience (the employees and doctors are very helpful and professional)

I recently visited Visionworks for my daughter's eye exam and had a lot of questions. The staff--especially Anaya--were incredibly patient and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and confident about my daughter's vision. Everyone was welcoming, and the process was fast and easy. I'm so glad I chose this location. 5 stars

I had a 9 am appointment and got there early about 8:50 only for the office to be closed, since it doesn't open till 9 am. I want back and waited in my car till 9:03 am. When walking into the doctors office I wasn't greeted by the worker but instead berated about being late for my appointment. When I tried to explain myself about being here early for the appointment but no one was here to open the door for me she continued to berate me and argue about store policy hours. She then continued to ignore me and get on her personal phone to continue a conversation and show that she was ignoring me. The worker was completely rude and a bully to customers.

I would like to acknowledge the friendliness and the Great Customer Service I experienced recently from Adam, Angelina, Anaya and Dr. Shigol. They were all extremely nice from the minute I walked, until the minute I left. Great Team!

Lady on the front desk is very rude. Ive been going here for 3 years.
1st time was wonderful experience.
2nd time I was 10 mins late for my appointment, which is my fault, but I asked if they can give another appointment time of their choice, but this same lady was very rude in that as well. I don't judge people based on one instance so I thought maybe she might be having a bad day and ignored it.
My husband had the same experience multiple times.
3rd time this year's annual checkup appointment that same lady was unnecessarily rude, I was on time there was no rush of people, I was the only person waiting to be checked in
She was constantly talking on the personal phone, and ignoring me and behaved very rudely.
I will not go here again.

The service, the great personalities, clear instructions, the staff is caring and kind ....as well as a clear sense of humor while I had to share a few jokes as to calm my nerves when I am in public.
They showed initiative to make sure I was taken care of and even were kind to share their opinions when looking to choose a pair of glasses.
They are genuine and their smiles are so welcoming from the time I walked in with my cousin until the time we left the office space.
I also appreciated how they respectfully balanced their attention evenly to all who had entered.
They all clearly care about those who walk in through the doors, and I am grateful.
Overall it was just a very positive experience and I'm grateful that my cousin had introduced me to this location to care for my eyes.
God bless each of them, in The Blessed Name of Jesus.

I had a terrible experience here from the moment I called. I phoned ahead to let them know I was five minutes away, and I could literally hear the man on the phone huffing and puffing before telling me it was "fine." When I arrived, the same person was just as unpleasant in person, no polite greeting, no professionalism, nothing. He informed me that they were not in-network with my insurance, but that they would "price match" the out-of-network cost. He then said he needed to call my insurance to find out the copay and pricing, which in my opinion should have been handled ahead of time. When I tried to clarify the situation, he actually responded with, "What is the confusion?" in the rudest tone. I explained that I was told when booking that they were in network, and now I'm being told the opposite. Instead of helping, he acted annoyed and dismissive. Honestly, everyone in the office looked unhappy to even be there. The customer service was awful, and this employee in particular needs training on basic manners and how to talk to patients respectfully. We ended up leaving, and I will absolutely be warning others not to come here.

Adam & Emily were awesome VisionWorks representatives! When I had walked in, there was an abundant amount of patrons waiting for services. Adam triaged very efficiently and was able to get everyone to where they needed to be and what they needed very professionally. He was very kind and was able to clearly explain to me my insurance benefits. Even though I did not purchase contact lenses, he still took the time to price it out for me. He did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't need or want and explained the benefits of the Warranty, Anti-Fatigue lenses, and other additions that I may be interested in. I did need my glasses before the weekend due to an event (since I had an untimely breakage of my current pair) and Adam was able to expedite the lenses for me. I was able to get it 2-days earlier than expected! Despite a slight mix up during pick up of my new frames, they were able to sort it out smoothly. Very grateful for Adam & Emily and their assistance.
