After waiting over 45 minutes to be taken to the back, I was then told that it would be another 30-45 minutes for the doctor to see me. When I said I could not wait, I did not get the feeling from the staff that this was abnormal. They immediately refunded my copay and apologized. I was later told by multiple people that Dr. Andrea Friedberg has a habit of making her patients wait. I guess she thinks her time is more valuable. I would not return nor recommend.
