Nov 15, 2025 DO NOT GO HERE! My eye exam was Sept 9, 2025. I have called several times. When they do answer they put you on hold forever. If they talk to you and say they will call you back...they dont. Oct 28 I called again to see if my glasses were ready. They were so I went to get them only to be told the place where they were to be made sent back the display model I chose. Did they really even get sent out? I will call "AGAIN" tomorrow, Monday 11/17 and check to see if they are ready.

Unless you are good waiting for the better part of three months to get your glasses, you should probably avoid Intuition Optical, Dr. Roberto Molina . While Dr. Molina was great for the vision exam, we ordered our glasses from there March 21st and have yet to get them. When I went in and pushed for resolution, staff said the order couldn't be cancelled and admitted that the glasses hadn't been ordered until 5/23....a full two months after we ordered with them and a full month after we were told they would arrive. I've heard extensively about the staffing issues they have, including medical information on staff that I was surprised was being disclosed, but have gotten very little beyond bad attitude and condescending remarks from the staff regarding our need to actually get the glass we paid for. I was told mine arrived and I could pick them up yesterday during my lunch break, and their door was locked with a sign stating they were closed until 2:00. Unfortunately, I have a job where I am responsible for fulfilling my duties and wasn't able to go back. I went again today, there was no sign on the door explaining why they were closed or even that they were. I have the receipts showing when we ordered, as well as a recording of the conversation with the staff admitting that she hadn't ordered our glasses until months after we paid for them. I'd strongly urge anyone wanting to order glasses to take their prescription elsewhere if they truly want to actually get the glasses they pay for.

Horrible! Its sad I've been going since I was a kid and it was great. But recently it's Horrible. I went in, in February for new glasses. After the appointment and paying over 200$ they told me they are nearly a yr behind. If I would have known i would have never went there. And I've been trying to call for weeks, leaving messages. No return to say screw it and drive down there to find out they're closed for a week with no explanation and multiple ppl trying to get in for their glasses. After i get my new glasses.I won't be going back and we'll be looking for a new eye doctor after all these years.

WORST place to go to for eyewear. Unorganized and rude staff. Feels like they blame you for their mistakes.They don't even abide by their own policies. They gave me the wrong prescription twice didn't believe me till I went to las cruces and had my doctor check them each time. Waited 10 months to even get my correct pair. Something to do with them not updating their insurance policy. Thelma stated, which made the wait for my glasses even longer. There is times where they cut your lenses without cleaning the machine that ruins your lenses and that's a set back as well. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! Save yourself the hassle. If you do use this place just please record your interactions or save yourself receipts because it's absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary with the possibilities of things happening in order to receive you glasses.

I would give less of rating if I could.... Same issue as all the other complaints. Came in with my son in January, we still haven't gotten our glasses and keep getting the run around.. My wife went somewhere else and received her glasses in two weeks! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE **Update** Finally got my glasses and seems like the wrong prescription was given, as I see worse with the glasses!! Completely worthless!!! Waste of time and money. My son's glasses are still not in.... This company just steals your money, DO NOT GO!!!

Worst place to get glasses, been waiting for a month & half for my glasses to come in, trying to call doesn't get through since no one answers. I went in person at least four weeks ago only to be told I have to wait for my transitions to come in, when I originally ordered the glasses, I was told only two to three weeks but they never called to inform me of delays. I finally did get a answer on the phone today but now I have to wait another week or maybe even longer since they're now telling me they're short staffed....eye doctor is great, just don't get your glasses here.

My daughter and I picked out frames and ordered our glasses. The staff was super friendly, and helpful. Was told to check back in about 3 weeks. Here we are, 10 weeks later, and still no glasses. They gave me a story about not being able to order them because the website was down. That was 10 weeks. no communication, put us on hold, and hang up. Just to find out they haven't ordered them yet. I'm pretty frustrated to say the least. My baby girls is an A student, but her teacher called to tell me she's not doing her work. When I asked what was going on she started crying, and said she can't see the board.

How is it, the the online descriptions say they have a lab, but when you call to check, they say glasses get sent out? Going on 6 months, still waiting. Who do we report these people to? Love Dr. Molina, the eyeglass place needs to be shut down.
