It appears that this establishment is very short staffed "ALL THE TIME". I had phoned on several occasions to inquire about my completed prescription glasses, if they had been delivered to their office . I was on hold for 20 minutes and eventually hung up. On the two other calls, I was assured that I would receive a phone call back with that information. I did not receive any call backs. Finally I went into to the office to inquire, waited for 20 minutes, again, just to be told that they were short staffed and they should arrive within the next week. It has now been 5 weeks and no glasses. There is a problem here! Either they cannot find the staff they need or the have a problem retaining staff for whatever reason.

Should Have Heeded the Reviews... I read the negative reviews but wanted to decide for myself. After more than a week of waiting on my trial contacts the receptionist told me she didn't know she was supposed to order contacts. How could she not know?? My appointment was a contact lens exam! Another week goes by, this time she says she actually ordered them twice, but they still weren't in. Which is it, she forgot or ordered twice?? After four weeks of waiting, she calls to say they are in. Too late; I already reordered contacts from my old prescription and found another provider. Her only response is, "Okie-dokie". While the doctor and receptionist weren't unfriendly, they both need to work on their "people skills", especially the receptionist.

This office is very poorly ran. Getting ahold of them is a nightmare, and after two weeks of trying to get my information sent to my new office, in another state, the lady had a horrible attitude.

Save your time and money. Not only is the front office staff rude but the doctor gave my mom a prescription that was completely wrong! When the place that was filling the prescription for glasses called them to verify the prescription (because it was so different from her previous one.. the prism went from a 4 to a 15 in a year) they were told it was correct and if they didn't like it then to use her old expired one. The prescription was so bad that glasses weren't even able to be made with it. We had to get her another eye exam elsewhere after Dr. Molina refused to re exam her or refund her money. Not surprisingly her prism was still a 4 and the first exam was completely wrong.

I went to this place to get my contact prescription renewed. The doctor was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, but my complaint is not about him. The lady working the front desk puts on a terrible front for the business. I have had the misfortune of dealing with her many times, and despite being polite she has never returned the favor. Not only is she not polite, she is condescending, and cares more about who she is texting than the customers. On top of all of that, I was seen almost two months ago and I am still waiting on my boxes of contacts. After one month of waiting I went in because I thought for sure they would have my contacts, only to find that even though I had paid for them, they were never ordered. I will never spend a penny here again. Update: took 4 months to get the contacts I ordered from them.

They won't guarantee appointment times. I arrived on time for my appointment and the two appointments scheduled before me were still waiting for their appointment. This was a first for me in regards to eye doctors and I've been wearing glasses for about 40 years with annual checkups.

Dr Molina is great! His front desk is another story. Not helpful, rude and does not care of the patients. He's losing a lot of vision because of her. Hung the phone up on me, would not let me get my prescription two time while in the office. Very unprofessional

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place is trash. My child had been waiting since Jan to get his new glasses. I have checked up, called, gone in...all of it. They can't find them. They always tell me they will call with an update and they never do.
