Customer Service is always excellent. They are very helpful. They were very busy but they acknowledged me. The Manager greeted everyone thats coming in. Yes! Doctors Appointment is booked, but anywhere you go in this town are booked for few months already. Opticians are very helpful all the time. They always go above and beyond, they explained that their Doctor dont take vision insurance, but they do accept outside prescription. I will definitely come back to order glasses, and i will get another backup glasses just in case i break my other pair. I don't understand people get upset with this employees, if their problem is getting an appointment for eye exam. It's not their fault that you waited too long to get your eye exam and your glasses is broken. Be better! That's a you problem! get your appointment sooner. You ladies are awesome and doing an amazing job.

Have never heard of a Walmart vision center that has a six week waiting list!! This office is doing a disservice to the community by not staffing accordingly. Note to doctor and staff: Sometimes people break their glasses. Sometimes people don't have back ups. Sometimes people need their glasses to DRIVE LEGALLY. In those scenarios, folks in this position cannot WAIT SIX WEEKS for new glasses. Really sucks yall. I'm never buying anything from you and will point people away from your office

Dr. Maldonado is the BEST optometrist I have ever been to! He did a great job of explaining what he was doing at each step and what he was looking for. He was thorough, answered my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

My eyeglasses which I didn't even purchase at Walmart optical needed nose piece upgrade and replacement. I had parts with me, staff was so friendly and replaced, cleaned, adjusted everything for free. I have purchased other glasses there and Frames and they have always been so helpful and accommodating.

Dr Michael was very friendly, conversational and thorough. Heather, Mariah and Jay were as well. Jay was in training, but did a great job, I even heard her with other customers and was patient and thorough. Mariah, who started my exam was friendly and knowledgeable, and Heather, who checked me out, was equally friendly and knowledgeable and was very patient with me as I made my decisions. I read another review that only gave them 1 star, only because he had to wait 2 months to be seen. If you don't want to wait to see a great Dr than go somewhere else! Rate your experience! Optician staff is friendly. Optometrist appointments are overbooked. I waited an hour and was told to come in 20 minutes early for paperwork. I guess this was so I could wait longer. It is disrespectful to make patients wait so long. I left without having my appointment filled and there was a line of appointments waiting behind me. My appointment was at 10:40 AM and I believe there was one before me that day. I think doc went on break or something. Grrrrrrrr

We were informed "He's normally about 10 mins late to work." If you have a busy life/schedule and often find yourself running behind, then this is the optometrist for you. Don't worry, if you're running late to your morning scheduled appointment, he probably is too. So take your time, be late, enjoy your life; he'll understand. The females on staff: incredibly professional and kind.
