I had a wonderful experience at my eye exam! I brought my little one because I had no sitter for the appointment time, and they were super accommodating to that. The day I got my glasses they felt slightly fish bowl-y and I was assured this can be a normal part of the adjustment period, but informed I can reach back out if I don't seem to be able to adjust to it within a few days. Thankfully I did adjust, and now I am not squinting to watch tv! They were even able to find an issue with the muscles in my eyes which are a factor for my persistent headaches. I love my glasses and the staff were so kind.

He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Breanna did an excellent job at helping me with a new set of glasses. Exam was fine but need to update pressure check procedure. Glasses order total failure. Tech DID NOT check insurance. They do cover glasses. Very disappointed and cost for new lens NOT frames far exceeded other sources. I'd like to shop locally but I'm elderly not stupid. Excessive price

They are so patient and invested in making sure you get the care you need! I have neurolens and found out the hard way Stanton Optical and companies like them don't work with neurolens prescriptions. The Vision Store was so wonderful helping me get the right lenses and comfortable frame fit. Dr. Fontenot and Brianna have helped me through 2 glasses fittings now and I am still so grateful to work with them!

New patient, the staff and optometrist were very friendly. I booked an appointment within a few days. I received a reminder call the day before from the optometrist. I went for a new contact lense prescription and was a bit skeptical that they didn't carry the brand I've used for over 20 years. Dr. Fontenot discussed the brand they recommend and why, I've wore them all day and I don't even notice them. I also did some price comparisons and I'm saving money, and that says a lot because I always buy a year supply from Costco. I was also impressed with all the new equipment and technology they offer. Much nicer than all the franchise clinics. I recommend switching if your not 100% satisfied with your current go to eye clinic!

I came for the eye exam with plans to go to Lens Crafters for a 'deal' on lenses/frames. After being disappointed there I returned to The Vision Store, got great service and the lenses that I preferred.
My entire experience there was top notch and they are great people as well. Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable and particularly helpful with my final choices. I don't have the final product yet, but getting to this point was a breeze. Great staff!
