I stopped by the Optical Center for a quick glasses repair and was greeted with such friendly and helpful service! They took care of my repair needs quickly and made the whole experience super smooth. Highly recommend for fast, professional, and kind service!

Owner is the operator here. His shop is dated and appears to be in a state of organized chaos, which is perfectly fine with me. He is so good at what he does that it just adds to his overall character. He is available for repairs on the spot if the glasses don't need to be sent off to the source. I've had to bring my mother's in for repairs a couple of times. Once, they were under warranty and he was able to send them off for the particular repair and called promptly when they returned to his shop. If he is unable to repair them, he's honest about it and not pushy at all, which adds to the overall feeling of acceptance at his shop. Side note... if you are a car fanatic or enthusiast... the conversation can be worth your while. He knows glasses AND classic cars! Thank you, Jim, for your kindness and professionalism.

Jim is very helpful and knowledgeable about getting you the right lenses and frames ,he recommended a poly lenses because I do woodworking and metal work as there safer. He really gives you individually attention and makes sure your happy .

Before I moved to Alaska I used Optical Center in Clovis NM. With my job I broke my frames in the Yukon and here in Alaska it is so expensive for glasses. I reached out to Optical Center and sent him a picture of the frames I had. I sent him my lenses and he put them in the same frames and ordered another set for me for backup. Jim knows Glasses, there are tons of Frames, Lenses, and options available to choose from, can't choose?Its ok, he can make a recomndation that might just surprise you, because he understands faces as well. (Don't worry, he isn't pushy and cares that you get what you need at a affordable price as well) Friendly, Professional and quick on repairs, and if they have to be sent off, that's also quick because the service he employs has a fast turnaround. I've been bringing my business to the Optical Center more than 15 years and I wouldn't even consider taking my business anywhere else. Ps, Jim knows classic cars as well, and is a wealth of information therein.

I came to this shop as an out-of-town visitor with broken glasses. The optician here is a kind and thorough professional. During my visit I saw him take care of several customers. He gave each the individual care they needed and made my day with the quality of the repairs he was able to do for me.
