The Eye Site

Excellent care. We came in for an emergency visit for my son who was experiencing periods of his vision being blacked out, and everyone there was so helpful. The doctor was very thorough and did not rush the appointment. We paid out of pocket because they don't take our insurance, but it was definitely worth it.

Paid over 400 dollars for my glasses. I was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. Its 2 days passed the 2 weeks and no one knows where my glasses are. Took the day off work to pick them up when they were supposed to be in. Now who knows. They don't. Update: was supposed to be the 2nd. Then the 3rd. Then the 5th. Now the 9th. Wonder if this is how all customers are treated. Update update. Its now the 11th of March. Ordered and paid for on February 16th. Was told 2 weeks for the order. It is going on 3 and a half weeks. They say it should be tomorrow. We will see. Update update update. Its is now Thursday March 12th. The day the district manager told me they would be in and ready. They're not in. They're not ready. Now it supposedly Monday March 16th. A full month after order. 2 weeks after due date. We will see. For a business that has phone music that praises their eagerness to provide prompt professional service, the follow through seems lacking.

Great experience! The front staff was friendly, as well as Lilyah who was an amazing assistant, the doctor was thorough, and my appointment was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

From the initial phone call to each time we've been in the office we have felt welcomed. The staff at the Eye Site in Roswell has been fantastic. The doctor finally was able to answer an issue I had with my eyes and we couldn't be happening with their service.

The people were friendly and knowledgeable. Technology is modern and thorough. I am happy I chose to go there.

Had a great experience here, I usually go to the one in Hobbs but recently moved to Roswell and they are awesome here as well, very professional and very nice! Answered all my questions and concerns highly recommend this place, also I can't say enough how great the front desk girl was named Jennifer, she was very nice and had a great positive energy. Made my visit a great one!
