I took my son to the Merrick location to pick out his first pair of glasses. Erin was very patient with us as this is a new experience for my son. He was so excited to pick out his very first pair of glasses and Erin answered all of my questions as well as called me when the glasses shipped from their distributer. I will definitely be using them again! I am so happy I was recommended to Lookable!

Erin & Aga were most helpful in helping me find my first-ever pair of prescription eyeglasses. I was rather apprehensive about finding a pair or 2 that I would like, but they made this new experience downright enjoyable. They did a great job of helping me narrow down what sort of frames would work best for my face, and learning what my preferences are for glasses styles (there are so many!). 30 minutes later, I walked out of the store totally satisfied, with a pair of glasses and sunglasses on order to be delivered directly to my house. Great experience today with Erin at Lookables in Babylon. I haven't gotten new glasses in over 20 years, and didn't want to be bothered with it until my glasses broke. It was so easy and convenient and Erin helped make it as painless as possible, despite so many great choices. Can't wait to get my new frames!

I definitely recommend checking out Lookable. Not only is the technology incredible but the employees know what they're doing. Erin helped me with my scan and took me through an eye exam with their telehealth lane. Then she explained what lenses best fit my prescription and needs and we picked out my frames. I love how I look in them! I'll definitely be back for polarized sunglasses before the summer!

Erin fit me for my first pair of glasses ever and I couldn't be happier! Driving at night was getting to be a bit of a pain at times and found out that the glasses completely removed any discomfort. The process was very simple and will be coming back for my next pair
