I was referred to Dr. Richard Nattis for my First Class FAA medical by a fellow pilot, and I'm very grateful for that recommendation.
From my very first contact with the office, I was treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. Cookie, Dr. Nattis's assistant, was very helpful and patient, especially when I called back with questions while preparing for my initial appointment. She made the entire process feel clear and stress-free.
At the office, I was assisted by Dolores, who treated me as if I had been a long-time patient rather than someone she had just met. Her warmth, attentiveness, and personal connection truly stood out and immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Nattis himself was courteous, highly professional, and thorough. He took the time to provide helpful guidance regarding my FAA medical application and ensured everything was handled carefully and efficiently.
This practice exemplifies what excellent patient care should feel like -- competent, compassionate, and respectful. I highly recommend Dr. Nattis and his entire team, especially to fellow pilots seeking FAA medical certification.

Dr Nattis is a great Dr. And a kind person too. He treats his patients with respect and explains everything very well. Also, the office staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Although I view Dr. Nattis with the utmost respect and confidence, and have been a long standing patient of his, I am becoming increasingly concerned about long wait times during scheduled appointments.
I find myself waiting sometimes two hours between my scheduled appointment and the actual time he shows up to examine me.
He is, however, one of the best of his craft!

Dr. Nattis was very thorough with his evaluation. He removed my cataracts 10 years ago. He took time to explain my particular eye issue. He reassured me that a laser procedure may improve my vision, so I went forward & had him perform it. He is a very knowledgeable & kind person. I am glad I found him & will refer others to him. The staff are very good at what they do to keep the office running smoothly & efficiently.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Richard Nattis is an exceptional Dr. He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Cataract surgery was very easy, no discomfort, etc.
Everything is clearer and brighter, thanks to Dr. Nattis. I would recommend him very highly!
Staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Nattis was very informative, professional and made me feel very relaxed even though I came in very nervous after previous visits with other doctors that did not go well. Highly recommend the doctor and this office.
