If this review was just for the doctor and the lovely gentleman who helped me pick out glasses, it would be 5 stars. I had a Saturday appointment a few months ago which started off great. I did all the tests and got my eyes dilated, so it wasn't a super-quick visit. The problem arose when the young lady was ringing me up. I had just applied for CareCredit and she was having trouble getting it to go through. Prior to the appointment I confirmed that CareCredit was accepted there. I called CareCredit for assistance and they reported no issue on their end and they also saw no attempts to charge my account, which was puzzling. I apologized to the young lady and asked if I could put down a partial payment on my debit card. I was shocked to hear her say "Yeah, we really have to close up" after grudgingly agreeing to take my payment. She seemed annoyed. I thanked them and left after making my payment. I wound up calling a few days later to cancel my order for the eyeglasses. I felt bad, since the same gentleman who helped me pick out glasses was assisting with this, and he asked what happened. I didn't say anything about the impatient girl who made it my problem they had to stay "late" that day. When I went to use my CareCredit at a veterinarian appointment the following week, I found out that the young lady from MyEyeDr wasn't doing it correctly. It can't be processed through the credit card machine & she should have known that; instead of getting impatient with me like I was just there to waste time. Had it not been for the sour ending, I would have praised her for how sweet she was during my tests.

Went for a very overdue eye exam to update my contact lens Rx and everyone here was very kind, helpful & professional. I booked an appointment online, was seen on time & they took time to help me understand my vision insurance benefits better so I got the best use of my plan's coverage for new glasses and contact lenses. Overall great experience. I'll be returning for my annual eye exam next year. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Dr. Romanelli! Everyone was so helpful and kind! They were able to get me in next day and I was so thankful for that because I had a scare with my vision and I honestly hadn't been to the eye doctor in a while! Everything was explained very thoroughly. The front desk, assistants, and doctor were amazing and ready to help. I'm excited to come back in to pick up my new glasses 10/10 will recommend to anyone in need of eye care!

Five stars! Dr. Romanelli and her staff were knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend this Optometrist and office.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Everyone was so nice every step of the way from our the moment I walked in the door. Catie, Toni, Joe and Dr. Eleni were great!

I had seen good reviews when I was looking for a place to get my eyes tested and new glasses. The whole operation was impressive, fast, friendly, and efficient. The equipment and technology also seem to be state of the art (better than midtown NYC optometry place!) Dr V listened, and addressed all my questions - super professional

I started coming to Dr. V about a year and half ago. I had been to many different places and no one could ever get my prescription correct. On our first visit Dr. V took one look at my eyes and said I want you to see a cornea specialist and she referred me to the very best, come to find out I have keratoconus. Dr. V was able to fit me for my sclera lenses and she was so particular and precise but also very patient with me as I got used to them. Because Dr. V is the very first eye Dr to actually listen to me I now can actually see. I just recieved my first corneal transplant but wil still be using a sclera lenses in my other eye. Highly recommend!!
