The minute you walk in the door you're greeted by a pleasant employee. Then the staff takes you back & gets you ready for Dr. Petrela. The staff members are kind, courteous & professional. Dr. Petrela is such a wonderful doctor & lady!! She puts you at ease, tells you everything that she's doing & is very gentle & she truly cares. I trust her!! Then when you leave the check out person is pleasant & helpful & they work as a team up in the front office. I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10 & highly recommend this office!!

I didnt receive a reminder call until the day of my appointment and was at work and missed it. I called back and couldnt afford both copays at the time so i said i couldnt reschedule at that time. I had every intention on rescheduling when i got paid. I got a letter in the mail saying i was discharged from the practice. I left a voicemail for the manager explaining i was upset and that i did not want to be discharged and i never even got a call back. I called again and the woman on the phone told me once i was discharhed i was discharged and she couldnt tell me why. I have never been treated this way at any practice ever.. its a shame because i love the doctor. I hope the office can keep up with the quality of customer service that the doctor deserves.
