Dr. Robert K. Druger, MD

Brought my mother in for an apt. She has been going for years. Apparently every apt is hour and a half to two hours long. The office does not remind their patients if the length of the appointments. I was told it is the patients responsibility to know what kind of apt. they have and how long the apt. will take. My mother is older and did not remember the type or lenght of apt. So her driver waited 1hour and 45min until they needed to leave. The driver was late to her own apt. later that evening and a second driver needed to be called. The office staff said they could and would not remind the patients to type and lenght if apt. They could not send more than one person a text reminder for an apt. And they have been sending a text reminder to my mothers home phone line. The office staff was inconsiderate to the situation refused to answer questions as to how long she waited until admitted to her appointment and said they were to busy to answer question. There was 4 or 5 women behind the desk all interested in my concerns. The Dr make be good but the office procedures are awful. I would go to another office if you can.

I've been going here for years, and this is honestly the easiest appointment I have all year. The receptionists are nice (some even recognize me), and they make sure that the patient is comfortable. These individuals treat you like you're human and they are happy to explain anything you have a question about. They are incredibly thorough when it comes to keeping records, and it's usually a pretty straightforward appointment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Drugger is wonderful! His secretarial staff is awefull. I have had a couple of run ins with them. One of which was was today, my parents went in for their appointments today only to find out they had been rescheduled. The secretary stood her ground saying that ine of them had to have called and re scheduled. They did not. My parents are 77 & 80. Very healthy and more cognitive than I am. But, they were treated as if THEY did something wrong and clearly it was an office issue. No apologies whatsoever. I think it is absolutely disgusting. Again, not the first time his secretarial staff has been rude. Shame on you.

I started seeing Dr. Druger ~ 2- 3 years ago after my ophthalmologist of more than 30 years retired. Dr. Druger is very caring, kind & honest. But most importantly, he is very experienced & knowledgeable in his field. He is up to date on all available treatments; & options. His staff is amazing & helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a family member; or friend.

I am not a patient here but my mother is and i love how the take care of her and her needs, they are very professional, and very nice and very friendly, in my opinion, and keep in mind i have been to many eye doctors with my mother as her advocate, and thus far i love Dr. Drugers office i strongly recommend them for sure... keep up the great work!!!

Dr Druger and his staff are both professional and personable. It is a pleasure dealing with his group.

He discovered and successfully treated a couple of serious conditions with my eyes. He and his staff are excellent!!!! I highly recommed him.
