Bob is a not only a top notch ophthalmologist but he has a great 'bed-side' manner. My wife and I have been with him for many years. He spends the requisite time with you and all of his staff are excellent. Any questions are addressed in a thorough and professional manner. We both have had cataract surgery and are blessed to have had him performing it. Don't risk your eye care with an optometrist - an ophthalmologist is the only way to go.

I'm so pleased with my cataract surgery and care with Dr. Druger . He gives excellent service and support. His staff is very personable. I had the PanOptix lens and it was the best investment I could have made for myself . I would highly recommend Dr. Druger ! Very caring and I have the best vision now !

My initial impressions were good - friendly, responsive staff, and I was pleased with the recommended treatment of my eye issue. However, when I looked at the medical notes for my visit, vital information was incorrect - was stated to use prescription on wrong eye, and no note was made of where the eye infection was at its worse. I then had to follow up on a prescription, called the office 5 times, Erin Ashby was supposed to call me back and never returned my calls, and last I heard they were supposed to follow up on the prior authorization required for the prescription. Yet my pharmacy tells me the doctor office closed the prescription and I need to get a new one. I've left yet another message for Erin but highly doubt my call will be returned as this has been going on for a month now. I'll be looking for a new doctor.

Most of the People take the time to leave negative reviews. I want to tell you my experience with Dr. Druger . Is one of the best doctors i ever met and one of the greatest person. I met Dr. Druger 25 years ago when Syracuse was my Summer home and I had an accident in my eye. Even was Sunday he came open the office and take care of me. (And that was not the last time either) Since then he's been my eye doctor. About 10 years ago I started having problems with my eyes and I developed cataracts. And he always take care of me.... no complaints not so ever This month I had cataract surgery The surgery was flawless (with panoptic's lenses )and I felt nothing. No pain or discomfort not so ever. The doctor himself even call me the night time to make sure everything was OK...WOW thank you Dr. Druger. I trust Dr. Gruger with my life,and my vision. You are the BEST God bless you.

Last Sunday afternoon I had a vision emergency and I called my eye surgeons off hours service and Dr. Druger was on call. He called me back right away and scheduled an appointment that evening. Sunday at 8pm. While this alone is cause for high praise the service I received was excellent. Based on a quick WebMD search I thought I might have a detached retina but thankfully he could see that it was much less dire. He set up and operated all parts of his office expeditiously and efficiently. His examination was thorough and gave me much better news than I had steeled myself for. Thanks Dr. Druger, your service was much appreciated.

I'm super thankful for this place. They have been so friendly and reassuring and helpful everything I could ask for. Just one example: broke my glasses at 4:55pm. They had me back running by 530. I recommend this place bar none.

Went in on a Saturday before new years as an emergency The doctor was very caring and very thorough I def would recommend him He was very happy to help me even tho it was a holiday hard to find that these days
