I have gone here for years. Carol is sweet and takes her time with exams. Her receptionist however, is the rudest person with the worst customer service e attitude!! My glasses recently broke in half and I called to see if I could purchase a frame to put the lenses in, and this receptionist just kept repeating "we can't fix the frames if they broke in half". After four attempts to ask to just purchase frames since I am basically blind without my glasses, and her not listening, I attempted to ask in a bit more stern voice. Her response was "if you are going to yell I will hang up"! Are you serious right now?! Check your battery lady and learn to listen to what is being asked. Better yet, retire because you will be the reason Carol loses patients as I will not go back here as long as she is in the office!! Just remember that bad reviews spread faster than good ones!

It's interesting that they are willing to take on new patients until they find out that you are on State insurance. They are listed on the state site as having openings and taking the insurance. I have called several times and they had me ready to book an appointment until they found out my insurance. Seems pretty scammy I would avoid.

They book appointments 6+ months out. They then cancel the day of the appointment, all their own fault, screw you over with another appointment 4+ months away and when you ask for better service the hideous Rottweiler chewing bees receptionist hangs up on you. Absolutely horrific customer service. Obviously I can't comment on the doctor because I wasn't seen but my experience with the desk dog was horrific. Zero stars. Please take your business elsewhere. I will never allow anyone I know to go there put of principal.

My son was diagnosed by this place with retinitispigmentosa which is very serious and was given glasses. I took my son to a specialist to find out he is farsided and has an astigmatism thanks for the wrong diagnosed I will not be going back
