Shawna was kind, professional, and proficient fixing my glasses as a walk-in. I so appreciated her help to swiftly get me seeing properly again on a difficult day dealing with a family emergency. I will return for her expertise next time I need new glasses. The shop is a nice addition to downtown, too.

Shawna graciously agreed to adjust my glasses for me (even though I hadn't purchased them there.) While she did, I took a look around. There was a well-curated selection of really stylish frames and I even found a pair of brilliant blue glasses that I wanted and would have bought if I hadn't just gotten a new pair of glasses last month. This boutique is worth checking out for the welcoming experience and eclectic selection.

Been there twice, once to have nose pads replaced and once to get glasses adjusted after taking a headbutt from a horse. Service was fast, friendly, extremely reasonably priced in my opinion. Highly recommend for repairs and such

Beyond a boutique! The owner, Shawna, is warm, welcoming and super helpful. My husband and I stopped in to check things out. We were possibly looking for new sunglasses. She had an impressive selection and took her time to fit us. She was patient, caring, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! You can tell she truly cares and has a TRUE passion for eyes. This boutique is such an asset to a wonderful quaint town!

Absolutely loved the quality of service and eyeglasses that Shawna provided. She made sure that my glasses fit perfectly and were the best style for what I was looking for. I cannot say enough about this beautiful addition to the Cazenovia community. Shawna is warm, gracious and welcoming to all who enter. She is always putting on great pop-up events and trunk shows. You can tell that she puts a lot of love into her business -- everything is clean, organized and well displayed. And damn does she have an eye for style! All of her glasses are on trend and one-of a-kind. I cannot tell you how much I love mine! I got so many compliments on my glasses, that even after getting vision correction surgery I turned them into blue-light glasses, so that I could still wear them. Shawna was prompt with my order and was never pushy to sell me something that wasn't 100% perfect for me. Even with 20/20 vision now (and super chic blue light glasses), she will forever be my go-to for stylish sunglasses as well.

Going to Eye Love is indeed all about love! As a visitor in town I went in under dire circumstances as I had sat on my prescription sunglasses and my vacation was just starting. For no charge Shawna took care of everything with a warm and expert touch.

I've now purchased 3 pairs of prescription glasses with Shawna at Eye Love Optical. Before I talk about my cool new shades I have to talk about working with Shawna. She is so friendly and fun and sat with me while we tried on multiple frames. I told her what I liked and what I didn't like and she was able to pull frames for me to try on that all looked great. Once the frames arrived with the lenses in them she was meticulous in making sure they fit me correctly and sat on my face exactly how they should be in the most comfortable way possible. I can't speak highly enough about the quality and style of each pair. I am in love with the Face Face brand and own the coolest blue pair and a pair of their Bocca Sunglasses. I also just got the coolest pair of Orange colored etnia Barcelona frames. I literally get stopped everyday by people asking me where I got my glasses from and how good they look on me. I use to buy from a well known online brand but the quality of the lenses and the style of the frames I got from Eye Love optical (not to mention the personal customer service) I will ONLY be getting my specs from Eye Love from now on.
