Best Vision

My experience at Best Vision was wonderful. Sarah was extremely thoughtful and went above and beyond to help my daughter, Allison. Every person we interacted with was so kind and welcoming. They took the time to praise Allison, telling her how great she looked in her new glasses and how perfectly they fit her. That meant so much to her and truly made the experience special. The staff is not only professional but also has that genuine, hometown feel that makes you feel comfortable and cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I've gone here for year until they drop my insurance. Now that I need to switch to a new doctor and I requested my medical files from them they giving me a hard time. I was told because my prescription is expired they will not release my medical information to me. I called back asking for a reason why and was told it's was against the law. When I responded that it's my medical information and I had a right to it I was told that it's the doctors rule. I'm not sure if they are making this up but I know I have a right to my medical information. When asking for an expiration they hung up on my and then told me to not come back. I am very disappointed wig the service, and to add insult to injury the new doctor I go to now has told me this is not the first time they had heard about this experience from best vision. Very sad that this happened.

Had an emergency on a Saturday went to two other places who couldn't help me we came here and had two sets of glasses made in 20 minutes and they were so pleasant as well. Great place and great people.

It was a pleasure to take my Mum to Best Vision. ALL The girls there were amazing! They really pay attention to detail and know what's going on. Many times when you go an appointment, they ask you to fill out paperwork and then they never look at it, they either ask you what's going on, or you just have to tell them. That WAS NOT the case here, they really paid attention to every detail and I never had to tell them a thing. I 100% recommend Best Vision !! Thank you Sarah and all your wonderful coworkers.

Kaiya went out of her way to help me to find an appointment that worked with my circumstances. Not only did she leave a voicemail with a solution a day later, but she also gave me a follow up call regarding it too! A+ and what a great experience that you don't run into often enough now-a-days.

So disappointed to see the responses to the new customers glowing reviews from the owner. I had a great experience with Best Vision over the years when I purchased new frames and glasses; the same as many of the 5 star reviews. However that ended many years later, when I needed service on my frames from a problem on their side. What could have been an easy win for them and to really show they are what they say they are; turned very sour. I continue to talk to people that have had nearly the same experience. Great to deal with when you buy something and terrible when you need help.

Very impressed with my experience. Friendly and helpful staff. The lady helped me pick some frames that fit my face perfectly. The exams were thorough and the doctor explained what he was looking for in each test. Definitely will recommend for your eye care needs!
