Staff is extremely helpful! It's always a friendly person answering the phone, no automated roundabout. Scheduling is a breeze. They are so helpful in understanding rebates and insurance. I also go for my annual eye checkups. The doctor is excellent at tailoring my care to how I use contacts and glasses in my own life. They have great imaging so I feel like I am getting the best at understanding my eye health.

When I walk in to the store the staff is so friendly. They all greet me with a smile and I feel welcome. Chris is an excellent Optometrist. Besides being friendly, he is very thorough in his exam of my eyes. The store also has a great variety of eye wear.
Last year when our eye insurance changed, we went there anyway and paid out of pocket. This year thankfully our eye insurance went back to the one they take.

Dr. Gentile is amazing! He really took his time to examine the health of my eyes and make sure my prescription was perfect. I have a very complicated situation and he got me back on track!! I can now see distance and read with contacts. All without reading glasses and the embarrassing flashlights at the dinner table when reading a menu or looking at the check at the end of a meal. Great selection of glasses also!

Been a client for many years. Dr. Gentile and his staff are kind, caring, patient, and overall the customer service has been great. Love the selection of eyeglasses they have. They always call to let me know when my new glasses are ready to be picked up. The store is organized (both previous and current). I feel well cared for also because he has a variety of optometry equipment I've never seen anywhere else which checks for glaucoma, prescription accuracy, takes retinal photos, etc. They can also repair eyeglasses up to a certain point. It depends on the nature of the issue. Wish they were a full scale repair shop too but I highly recommend them regardless! Thanks.
