The two opticians I worked with at this location are top notch. I was fitted for eyeglasses to near perfection. After wearing the glasses for a month I brought them back because there was a bit of pressure on one side. The optician took a look, reformed them and I wore them out. Very simple and effective service. Other experiences elsewhere the opticians took a trial and error approach to fitting glasses which ended up wasting my time. Not here! Give Sam's club optical a try.

Visited today for an eye exam & purchased a pair of glasses!!! From the get-go, Manager Steve S, was PHENOMENAL from setting up my appointment via phone to great customer service in store! Dr. Hooven was so pleasant, informative and fantastic! Thank you both for everything today! Cant wait to visit again to pick up my new glasses! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING THEIR LOCATION!

Difficult customer service rep Steve in optical. He was argumentative and did not make any attempt to solve the problem. A contact fitting done 6 months ago was too long ago to fill a prescription??? I don't think so. He seemed irritated that we did not return his two phone calls. I didn't call him back because we didn't need contacts yet. There were no directions that a follow up appointment was necessary. His solution is that he's not sure but he thinks we need to start from scratch. I questioned this and he made no attempt to ask the doctor or someone who would know. He was very unhelpful and wanted to argue instead of help me solve the situation. Niagara Falls Sam's optical has been fantastic but this guy was terrible enough that I won't back.
