My visit and exam were needed to replace broken glasses. From my initial contact through every step of the process, I was met with friendly welcoming staff and given courteous and professional attention to my concerns. I wished to use my insurance coverage since this was not a planned expense, and I was helped in selecting a frame and lenses that were covered 100%. Even my exam with Dr. Paul was covered. This was a great relief to me, and I am very grateful for Christina's and Cosmo's kind and patient help. Dr. Paul was very friendly, extremely thorough, and never rushed the exam at any time. He explained everything clearly and completely and listened attentively to all my questions and concerns. I sincerely recommend this office to anyone who values excellent customer service and professionalism in a comfortable and very pleasant environment.

I would recommend this LensCrafters and Dr Paul David to anyone! The doctor actually spent a lot of time with me making sure to explain all my questions in detail so that I could understand it. I love finding doctors that care about their patients! it definitely shows in how they treat you. The staff was equally as amazing! The front desk girl (I think her name was Alicia Reid) was beyond helpful. I thought I had vision coverage under my insurance and when I found out I didn't, she helped me use other discounts and promos to get the price of things down (who doesn't appreciate that kind of service!) She was warm, friendly and professional, just like the rest of the staff and the doctor. She also gave her opinion on frame selection in an honest but positive way, building trust so that I'm actually excited to go back and get them! Plus the office is beautiful, new and pristinely clean! Go here! You won't be disappointed!
