I purchased new glasses with progressive lenses here after shopping at another local business. Price, product, and adjustment were all excellent. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Excellent service. Expensive, but as with anything you get what you pay for. I am not considering any other provider, I pay out of pocket here. It's worth it.

Update 4/26/25 Reviews can't be deleted by person who posted, so I'm doing an update to a 5 star review for Aidone Eye. I experienced excellent customer service from them until I had an issue and tried to resolve it. Then you see the real customer service come out. Not good. I wasted a lot of money on glasses I can't use. I won't be going back there again.

You sit in there for 40 minutes listen to Everybody's lifetime Stories they are not all about business they keep people Waiting I bought 4 paragraphs from them I got Tired of Waiting I walked out they didn't call to see if Everything was okay I should have a warranty on these glasses they are defective lenses and I'm Stuck with Over a $1000 NEVER heard from them again they are not good people to deal with

This was my first visit to Aidone. The price I paid for my eyeglasses was reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding! From being greeted at the door, choosing & fitting my eyeglasses, and making my payment; I felt that each of the staff that assisted me went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, & totally satisfied with my purchase. The optician was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. He spent the time needed with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the look and fit of the eyeglasses before I left the office. I will definitely return, and would recommend Aidone to anyone needing eyeglasses. 1/30/25 UPDATE: I went back to Aidone for an exam and new glasses and I still give them 5 stars. They have some new staff working there and, just like 3 years ago, the customer service is outstanding, etc. Nothing has changed and, if I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. They deserve it. 5/2/25 UPDATE: I was experiencing an issue with my new glasses and spoke with the owner and he immediately rectified the problem.

Everyone here is so professional, polite and helpful. The lady at the desk is a total sweetheart and excellent with appointments and billing. They don't make you wait long, nice selection of frames and made sure I was happy with my glasses. Absolutely zero complaints, love this place.
