I was very pleased with this visit. The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was clean and modern. This was my first visit since the previous eye doctor retired. I was extremely pleased with the exam. Dr Cho went over every detail of the health of my eyes, not just checking for new glasses. They also had a nice selection of frames. Very happy!

Excellent eye doctor! First my 7 year old went to see him and he is very gentle and very informative. I also went to see him for a regular eye appointment and he explained better than other previous eye doctors I have seen. He did check my eyes more in detailed also because I had a eye surgery (PRK) and my mom had glaucoma I have to get my eyes dilated to get checked even though my eye pressure is normal and he explained it's because I had that eye surgery. I also have this white thing in my eye that is bothering me and not other eye doctor knew nor told me what it is but Dr. Cho did. They have the most cute eyeglasses!

I may have spent a long time picking out my 2 new pairs of glasses but I am overly happy with my choices(with a lot of very appreciated help , I am terrible with names but they will know it's them !) For years I was one who went with the status quo and made the mistake of trusting one of those Big Box one stop, in and out eye glass behemoths.
Stepping into one of those places you are nothing more than a number to increase their bottom . The lack of personal care and an end product after spending close to a grand was anything other then mediocre.
Choosing Coram Prospective Eye care hands down was the best choice I have made in my need for a proper screening, and a new affordable set of glasses.
These folks are what I remember eye care too be many years ago, They take the time to walk you through all testing procedures and you'll never feel rushed into making a decision.
The staff is professional caring and kind. Their prices are not just competitive, they are affordable and who in this day and age would argue with affordability.

The service is complete professionalism from the telephone communication with front desk ladies/ staff to Dr. if 6 stars was possible then that would be the case. They're patient, professional, respectful of your time and if they're going to be late they explain and are willing to make adjustments and accommodate which is rare. Most Drs office do not respect their patients time. They do!
