The people that work here are very nice and friendly and polite. The doctors are great and very professional and caring.

Cortland eye care is wonderful!! Very friendly and courteous. Dr Howard takes time to listen and always gives me informative tips and advice about my vision. The optical team is also very patient and helpful. Great staff, too.

Cortland eye center is the best. Staff is great, Dr's are excellent. Dr. Fergerson is amazing. I would not go anywhere else. They have helped me so much.

This practice sent us to a specialist in Ithaca, and we had some misunderstandings about appointments. I called to cancel so we could make the appointment at the place we had been sent. The secretary felt the need to make personal remarks about my relationship and was aggressively getting mouthy about the father of my children. Somehow she felt she had direct information or insight and a place to open her mouth... I dunno. It was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. It was so unexpected that it took me aback and when I called her on it she got upset. Shame cause I have been taking my kids there for eye appointments for over a decade now and never had an issue. There are plenty of other reputable practitioners with professional staff that knows how to do their job. We will go there instead.

They've been able to get my husband and I in for emergencies and eye problems on very short notice. Kind staff, clean place. Recommend!

I saw Dr Ferguson for extraction of cataracts on both my right and left eye. I found her to be very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, professional and down to earth! I was extremely nervous but both surgeries went very smoothly. She even called me in the evening after surgery to see how I was doing or if I had any questions or concerns. I also found her office staff to be excellent. They were always very friendly, helpful and took the time to answer my numerous questions. They ensured that every detail was handled efficiently. They even scheduled a shuttle service to the Surgery Center. Best surgical experience I have had! Great office and staff!!

Can't say enough about Dr. Ferguson. She is amazing. My 7 year old daughter sees her. She is very knowledgeable and always explains what she sees. My daughter absolutely loves her and is happy to go see her as she gets right down to her level. Recommend her 5/5!

Excellent experience. Got in with only 1-hour's notice, as I thought my issue was serious. Friendly, professional and accurate service from the front desk to the Dr.'s assistant to Dr. Howard! So happy to have found Dr. Howard again!
