I needed an eye exam and selected Croton Vision Center after researching options in my current health insurance. It was delightful to find an eye clinic nearby that checked all the boxes I'm accustomed to at a medical clinic. Equipment & provider met expectations and there was a remarkable frame collection with competent advice. I was surprised to not automatically receive a copy of new Rx but it was cheerfully provided by the front desk.

Went to get my crooked frames straightened here, and the woman who straightened them scratched the lenses. I went back to see if there was anything they could do, but they weren't able to since this isn't my primary optician. I don't mean to get cross with the woman who scratched them or any of the other employees here, accidents happen, and it's understandable that they couldn't help me, but I hope the woman is a little more careful in the future with other people's glasses.
