At the end of my last appt (July 2024), scheduled the next one for my wife and I a year from then. A week before that next one (July 2025), I called to confirm and they didn't have it on record anymore, best they could do is 4 months from then (yesterday). We went yesterday and the doctor was out and the receptionists lied about notifying us (a last minute event, but they said they sent a letter and left voicemails a month ago, neither of which we ever received). Best they could do? 4 months from THEN (after the New Year). It's not easy for us to take time off from work, it's insulting when simple communication and scheduling allowances for errors would fix all of this. Now my annual insurance allotment will go to waste unless I can find an eye doctor that can get us in before 2025 is over. Fortunately, we did find one closer to us that schedules their patients properly and got us in for December. UPDATE: Just received the letter about rescheduling. It was postmarked the day before the appointment and we were supposed to get this in time?!? UPDATE AGAIN (Jan 2nd) - University Eye just called to inform me that the appointment they rescheduled will not happen because the doctor won't be in and for me to call and reschedule a 4th time. So glad we jumped ship.

Great personality and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers that I could understand. She had great patience with me when I had many questions. Not rushing to go to her next appointment. You are lucky to have this person on your team and I was lucky to have her give me my examination. Thanks again for a pleasant experience Simron Gill.

My time with the various aspects of the eye exam, especially the evaluation & recommendations by Dr. Herlihy were pertinent, professional, and all valuable. I asked questions, and all were answered with full explanations. My rating of 4/5 was because of the very long wait times throughout the process.

Extremely kind staff through and through. Was mine and my daughters first ever visit and eye exam. The receptionist assisted with an easy sign in, short wait time, allowed my daughter to come in and watch my exam. Friendly tech and doctor they all explained everything with detail and put out minds at ease. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

I had an eye exam booked out a year ago. I confirmed it last week and then I received a letter saying they have to reschedule me because they only have one Dr available now. I asked when the soonest appointment was and it was over a month away. Totally unacceptable. I decided to go elsewhere and was able to be seen within a week. Not a reliable business unfortunately. I have a busy schedule between work and kids. I had to find childcare and request time off work for my appointment and they cancelled very last minute. I would never go back here.

Dr. Kenneth Herlihy, from my viewpoint, is the best in the eye specialist business. He is professiomal, explains issues very well, always a gentleman and always makes you feel at ease. If you have an eye problem, Dr. Herlihy will identify the issue and recommend needed treatment. Dr. Herlihy was one of the first medical professionals who identified my GCA. This identification was instrumental in securing treatment that saved my eyesite. Thank you Dr. Herlihy, Gary Mattice
