Very friendly and helpful staff. Both the doctor and assistants were very gentle while checking my eyes. It's the first time that the annoying glaucoma test didn't bother me at all. Examination chairs were extremely comfortable and the Opthamologist was knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I was able to understand everything that was going on with my eyes. I would recommend this eye care center to everyone.

I'm really not happy with the way the office treated me. I arrive 30 minutes early. They never actually mentioned that they were at lunch they were chitchatting amongst ourselves, looking at their phones, laughing, and not acknowledging the patients that were waiting in the lobby. I would've appreciated if they would've said we're out to lunch, and we can help you now the doctor was not friendly he did use some antibacterial soap to wash his hands, but he didn't put any gloves and I felt very comfortable with him, touching my face with his bare hands and pretty much gave me a diagnosis of pink eye without even asking for more questions. I just think that that was just a 1,2,3 way to get me out of their office I don't know if I want to come back here. Kind of felt like I was not welcome or wanted very odd. Feeling to experience.

Dr. Bainnson always allays my fears. I went to him because of a headache behind my eyeball and a broken blood vessel. He thoroughly examined me, assured me I was fine and the headache was not related to the eye, and calmed me down. He's a big help in my " aging naturally" voyage.
