Dr Valarie Giangrande was the Best! The office was spotless! The techs and receptionist were friendly & knowledgeable. They helped adjust the frames I was wearing. Dr Giangrande made the eye exam effortless! For the first time getting an exam I was certain right away on which slide was clearer. Helping to give me a correct prescription. She recommended some good natural products to keep my eyes healthy. Dr Valarie really cares about your health. Doctor Eger was very nice, professional and easy to talk to. She gave us a thorough exam and you were not rushed. The person who helped us pick out our eyeglasses was very helpful. Prices are reasonable. This was a great experience. If I could give ten stars I would!

I've been going to Sachem Eye Care of Patchogue for around 10 years, and they are truly the best! The doctors are excellent -- thorough, kind, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff are wonderful, especially the lady who helps pick out glasses. She's super knowledgeable, patient, and always helps me find the perfect pair. One time I even broke my glasses, and she fixed them on the spot without charging me anything! It's rare to find that kind of care and service these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great eye care and a friendly, professional team!

Entire staff was friendly, professional and attentive! My first time using this practice. I had a great experience! I was able to be seen right away, my insurance was accepted and I was pleased having gotten a very thorough eye examination. All of my questions were addressed . I would highly recommend Dr. Buccellato, as she was informative, patient and pleasant. Thanks to Erin, as well. for assisting with my frame selections.

I don't even know where to begin. I absolutely loved Dr. Giangrande And I say that with a sincere heart. I've been struggling for many years with ocular migraines, Going back-and-forth to hospitals, primary care doctors not one of Send guided me in the direction that she is did. She is a ball of information. She is so knowledgeable. I cannot believe the question that I has and a she took the time answered all of them and some. From the time I walked in the room the smile on her face just full of joy you can see she absolutely loves her job. I left there so happy and all my fears gone. I literally thought I was in the stages of going blind. I know that's a little much but if you knew what I was going through you would totally understand. Thank you Dr Giangrande for all your guidance and for taking the time to teach me how to care for my situation.
