When I brought my two daughters in, we had a very easy and satisfactory visit. Exam, then fitted for glasses, and they came in for pick up quite swiftly. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. My son on the other hand was a bit more challenging. Due to a previous brain injury he has issues that go beyond the eyes. The optometrist Justin Pecori was extremely helpful in working with us over time getting his needs met. He's so great with kids, and so helpful with concerned parents. We continue to have great experiences here. I definitely would recommend this optometrist to anyone especially with children.

I haven't picked up my new glasses yet but I did have a great experience for my first visit. My appt was quick and professional and they were able to find me a pair of glasses to put my old lenses in until my new ones come in. Anyone who has broken their glasses knows this isn't always the case. Thank you Dr Pecori and Alton for all your help.

The young man that waited on me was rude and unprofessional . It was quite apparent he didn't want to wait on me. When I went to pick up my new glasses, he shoved them at me and walked away. When I returned in an hour saying I couldn't see out of them he shoved them down on my nose and walked away again. Come to find out later he over charged me for my glasses and had put the wrong prescription in the computer. Don't waste your time go to the Watertown Walmart eye center and ask for Becki.

if your gonna be open for appointments then you let people get glasses that they need. Otherwise don't be open and get out of your head about the Corona virus never using walmart eye again. Complete waste of time and space.
