I have had a horrible experience trying to get my contact lens prescription completed here. I've called several times over the last few months trying to get my prescription finalized so I can order contacts. Every time I call I'm met by a rude staff member who says they will leave a note for the doctor and call me back. Come to find out it's a post it note system. After months I've made no progress and have now moved to a new provider. Best of luck!

The receptionist was so friendly and accommodating . I can't say enough about Dr.Lamb. She was so professional and took her time to explain and answer my questions ... very knowledgeable! The gal that helped me pic out the glasses and measure etc . Was very nice and so helpful -very upbeat ! Pleased with my visit !

They were very helpful in the beginning. Then I brought my glasses back for a lens adjustment, at which they first, lost my glasses, then had to "rebuild them", and when I finally got them back, they were not the frames that I had originally picked out. I suspect the frames they left me with were less expensive, but no correction on the bill. I could have said something, but after all the previous issues, I just left.
