I had a great experience at this eye clinic. The doctor was extremely kind, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the exam. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. This was my first time getting an eye exam / getting glasses so I had plenty of questions. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend coming to this clinic!

I bought frames just under three weeks ago, and they broke. They claimed they don't have a warranty. They're brand new and they break bad quality. Be cautious when buying anything from this store.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I called to cancel my daughter's appointment because she had a fever, and the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I greeted her politely with a "Hello," but instead of any kind of courtesy back, I got a cold, "Can I help you?"--in a questioning and unfriendly tone. Completely unprofessional and lacking basic customer service. I do not recommend this place. If you're looking for respectful, quality care, Massapequa Optometric is way better in every way.

I've been coming here for a few years and always had a great experience. The entire staff is knowledgable, personable and super down-to-earth. Turnaround time for new glasses has always been very quick, and they've always gotten me in quickly to adjust my frames and lenses, and answer any questions about insurance. I'm always in awe of their collection of vintage eyewear, and their wide selection of designer and low-cost frames.

Took care of me same day, I lost my glasses at a concert and needed to see for work, called and 2 hours later got my glasses plus eye exam and some great lens, overall great value
