Dr. Steven Ihrig, OD

I had my annual eye exam this morning with Dr. Bogosian. He's very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Good service from the front desk staff and the optician. New sunglasses coming my way!

This place is the most unprofessional, unproductive, and unorganized establishment I have ever had to utilize for a doctor's office. My husband had to be fitted for special contacts which was a process and included numerous visits to the office due to making sure they fit correctly. Finally got them right and paid over a $1000 for them to be ordered. When they came in they were to be mailed to us to save us the trip (1 hour drive)...they never got mailed we ended up making the trip out to pick them up. Finally our normal eye doctor says they have the ability to order them moving forward and we have spent the last 3 months waiting for the prescription and measurements from the office. Every time with the same response well we have to talk to the doctor cause it looks like you're still in the trial pair of lenses and they have no record of us ordering nor paying anything more than our copay. We finally got it all straight and they were supposed to email the details on Friday. Guess what as of today the following Tuesday still no email. Just called to let them know I didn't receive it and we are back to square one with the receptionist stating that it looks like we are still in trial lenses. I am so frustrated. I asked how many receptionist do they have and she said 3. They really need a better communication system between them because this is so aggravating. I told her I would be calling back tomorrow so we shall see what happens. Update: Just want to make this clear the doctor himself was fantastic his office staff is the problem. We finally did receive the information so we have changed our review to a 4.

Best eye exam ever! I will never go anywhere else again. Dr. Ihrig is one of the best doctors. He takes his time to thoroughly exam your eyes. In addition, they have stylish frames and the customer service is awesome

I've been a patient for many years. I sat in the office today and witnessed multiple HIPPA violations. Staff loudly talking between the front office and the opticians area regarding a former colleague of mine and her insurance information etc. it continued with phone calls and then arguing over how to process another patient's payment. Additionally, political mail addressed to the doctor in open view of patients. The doctor himself was voicing excitement to me about reading a conservative book about "Fauci" when he goes on vacation. I guess he can express his political views openly but in the same respect I can choose my providers based on the information they choose to make public. Then the optician was down right rude when I went back to look at frames. I will go where my business is valued and the staff are professional. I do NOT recommend.

Fantastic Doctor! After going to both WellNow and Brooks Memorial Hospital, my painful and red eye was still bothering me. When I went to Dr. Ihrig it took his less than five minutes to correctly diagnose what was going on. Not only did the hospital misdiagnose me, but they prescribed me eye drops that were making my eye even worse! After merely a day on these new drops that Dr. Ihrig prescribed me, I am already feeling much better. I'm so glad that I went to visit him and will definitely recommend him to anyone who may need an optometrist!

Terrible service. My husband and I both had appointments with this doctor for 10am and 1045am. We accidentally entered the time on our calendars for 11am. They called us at 1010am to let us know we were supposed to be there. We called them back 10 minutes later to let them know we were on our way and that we wanted to at least keep the 1045 appointment. She then informed us it had already been filed even though it was only 1025. So now my husband who needed the appointment the most because his glasses broke has to go even longer without replacements. All because they were extremely ruthless with us and didn't even allow us to try and rush there for our second scheduled appointment. Worst customer service I've ever had from an optimologist.

Best exam I've had since I was a kid in Rochester, Ny. The glasses were right the 1st time. Perfect vision. Rare to find now a days. Thank you. Life is so much nicer when you can see correctly.

Staff is NOT friendly Or helpful. In fact my 80 year old mother needed me to get her glasses from Texas because the optician didn't care enough about his job or my mother to help her pick out glasses. How hard is it dude? You've been there 20 years? Find a new job if ya don't want to do yours.
