Relense

I went into Mauricio's shop a few weeks ago to have a pair of glasses repaired. Mauricio is was able to quickly help me and is extremely polite and helpful. I ultimately ended up purchasing 2 pairs of glasses at his store. He worked with me showing me things that worked well with in my budget while making sure that the quality was exemplary. I would highly recommend Re lense Optical store. Parking is easy in the municipal lot directly across the street. It's was wonderful to be able us a local small business in our community and to be treated so neighborly.

Hands down the best experience I've had getting new glasses. I will 100% be back to pick up some back up frames. Amazing selection, communication , and customer service . 10/10 in my book !!!!

Amazing, fast, and professional service! I was able to use CareCredit to pay for my glasses, which was a huge plus for me. I love my glasses--they fit perfectly. He also took the time to explain the necessary add-ons, like the anti-reflective (AR) coating, which really helped improve my vision. 10/10 would most definitely recommend Relense!

I recently purchased children's eye goggles and had a wonderful experience! Mauricio helped us and was incredibly precise, patient, and friendly. He took the time to make sure the fit was perfect and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The goggles themselves are great quality, comfortable, and just right for kids. Overall, excellent service and a product I would definitely recommend!

I've been going to Relense for years, and he never disappoints. My glasses literally broke last night, and he was able to fix them for me today. He's quick, reliable, and always so helpful. I've put my whole family on to this place because he's not only great at what he does, but he also genuinely cares about his customers. Highly highly recommend!

Me and Mauricio gooooooo wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back so this is more of a personal review rather than just any review. I was looking for Optical shops for my girlfriends mom and I wasn't able to find any. So I looked up some shops online within the area that my girlfriend's mom lived and I saw one shop that was open 24/7. I made a phone call and I spoke to Mauricio. I didn't know that it was my friend Mauricio that I had known for a long time and that he had an Optical shop. He had mentioned something to me over the phone on where we recently met last and I instantly remembered the conversation. Mauricio was very cool calm and understanding after I explained to him the situation with my girlfriends mom. He was even willing to drive over to my girlfriends mom's house just to help her with the frame measurement, adjustments of her glasses, and consult her on the best options and treatments needed for her glasses however we decided to visit Mauricio's Optical shop. On May 28th, 2025 is when my girlfriend's mom got her glasses. She ordered 2 pairs of frames w/progressive lenses that had anti-reflective coating on them and anti-reflective coating on the other with a dark shaded clip-on. The process was very swift warm welcoming and the cost of the glasses was very inexpensive. Mauricio even does follow-up calls to see if any adjustments or issues need to be done on the glasses that my girlfriends mom got. If you are looking for an Optical Shop with an Optician not just any Optician but a NYS State Licensed and Nationally certified Optician (American Board of Optincary) this is the person that you need to see. He is an Optician that understands explains things and just takes his time overall. He doesn't see money but a person for all his clients or anyone he meets. Stop in today this is the place you'd want to be and I'm glad that I came here. If anyone is reading this review you will not be disappointed.

I had such a great experience at Relense thanks to Mauricio! He went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect pair of glasses and lenses. Not only did I get an amazing deal, but everything was ready for me the same day,which was such a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough good things about this store. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed! Mauricio went out of his way to accommodate me and the selection of frames and prices were really reasonable! I will definitely go back and recommend Relense to all!
